Tried another Culver’s location today, and this one was definitely a step up from the last one I visited. The restaurant looked cleaner, the staff seemed more organized, and the overall vibe felt a little more welcoming. Ordering was quick and the employees were polite, which made the visit start off on a good note.
The food was solid — the ButterBurger had good flavor and was cooked well, and the fries were hot and crispy. Everything tasted fresher here, and the portion sizes were just right. I also grabbed a small Concrete Mixer, and it was creamy and well‑mixed without being overly sweet.
Even with the improvements, it still landed at a three‑star experience for me. The wait time was a bit longer than expected for a not‑too‑busy afternoon, and the dining area could’ve used a quicker wipe‑down between customers. Nothing major, just small things that kept it from feeling like a standout visit.
Overall, this Culver’s was better in almost every way compared to the last one I tried, but still not quite enough to bump it into four‑star territory. Good food, friendly service, and worth a stop if you’re nearby.

The food here is ok. Anytime I’ve ever gotten the grilled chicken sandwich, the vegetables are extremely wilted, so I now order it without them. I did try a salad for the 1st time last night and was rather impressed. The chicken was a little overcooked, but it wasn’t horrible.

My husband and I eat at Culver’s several times a month. We went to the Main St, Summerville on Saturday (Jan. 17) when we were out running errands. Every time we have eaten at any of the local Culver’s, the food has been outstanding. I’ve eaten everything from corn dogs to fish sandwiches, salads to burgers, and we get frozen custard every trip. I have never had anything bad and their fries are PERFECT every time! They’re always fresh and hot with just the right amount of salt. We always eat inside and the young people who work there are always polite, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. This is one of our most favorite places to eat!

Had a bad curdside service February 8th and have little to no resolution with the restaurant management. Ordered online and arrived on time at location after a half hour of waiting went inside. We love the fish here. And ordered 2 meals a 2 and 3 piece dinners. Instead of delivering it was sitting on uber shelf cold. Manager said they were on break and apologized offered to waive charge. That didn’t happen. Completed negative feedback. Offered coupons still have not gotten after 5 emails. I feel nobody cares there.

Culver’s absolutely delivers when it comes to burgers. The ButterBurger is the real deal — crispy edges, juicy in the middle, and that perfectly toasted bun seals the deal. It tastes fresh, like someone in the back actually cares.
The only thing holding it back from a 5-star is the sides. Fries are alright, cheese curds are decent, but nothing that makes you go “whoa.” They’re just riding in the passenger seat while the burger does all the heavy lifting.
Clean spot, friendly service, and bonus points for consistency — you pretty much always know what you’re getting. Come for the burgers, stay for… the burgers.

1st time ever stopping here. The food was decent, the service a little slow, however the manager made up for it. When she brought out 2 other customers who came in afterwards food first she was asked about our order. She immediately went and inquired about it, apologized and brought it out shortly there after with a smile and another apology. Our lunch was filled by a free desert which was good as well. I wish I remembered her name, nevertheless she was warm, smiling and interacted with at least 3 or 4 times.

Carey was amazing. Very thorough making sure we knew exactly what we were getting. A nice change from the usual rude customer service you get at a lot of fast food places. Didn’t like employees side conversations about other employees. Customers don’t want to hear that and nobody should have to work being talked about by others especially in front of people.
