Ordered 10:04 PM. Never got food, went up at 10:24 PM and it was just sitting up there. They said they were waiting for our mixers. This didnt make sense, why make our food get cold waiting for ice cream?? Bring food first? Get food and it was disgusting. This was so awful, we took it back and didnt want anymore. My husband isnt the type to do that either. Photo of the mushroom swiss burger, no mushroom and so thin.

I love Culver’s, and I’m so glad they have a location in Boiling Springs. However, it sucks to get home only to find out I only received 3 out of the 4 fries that were supposed to come with my meals. Will definitely order from inside moving forward when ordering multiple meals.

First time coming. I tried the North Atlantic Cod. It was ok, I wouldn’t order it again. We had to wait 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge us. We dined in everything was clean. Hopefully the custard is better than the food.

I am so excited there is another Culver’s in the area. Their Butterburgers, cheese curds, and CUSTARD are must trys! The fries were fresh, crunchy, and salty. Their root beer is such a refreshing surprise. Staff were friendly and are still getting acclimated. We wish there was more room between tables though – it seems like the new design crams them in. We look forward to coming back soon!

Finally got to try out this location. I must say every Culver’s I go to was not good, but to my surprise my meal today was great. Food was hot and good. Pretzel bites w/ cheese sauce was super good. I did the butterburger dexlue w/fries and that was good too. Yes I be back.

While I normally enjoy eating at Culver’s , tonight was not a good experience! The food was good as usual and the restaurant was clean. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. (There was only one other table with people seated). After the 20 minute wait, I went to the counter to get my food. It t had been sitting at the warmer for a while. When I asked about it the young man tried to get or order but the young lady preparing the orders told him to wait that she was packing to go and door dash orders while I was standing at the counter. She finally put our order on a tray a slid it across the counter. Semi warm and edible. But when I asked if the melted shake was normal, she said was because it has hot fudge but offered no apology or a remake. I’m had to tell her to remake it so she barked out an order to the person that does that. She never made I contact and could absolutely care less about a long time customer that was standing in front of her. Good luck with all those delivery orders. I will not be back to this location.

I came on opening day! They were so welcoming and the food was amazing!! My food was served to me in less than 5 minutes. I wanted to point a little something out as well. I saw an older woman struggling with carrying her food and one of the employees kindly went up to her and politely took her food and laid it down on a table for her. These small acts of kindness make my day! The employees are always making sure you have what you need and clean up your place for you. I will definitely be coming back again.

Three of us are here on February 20,2026. Restaurant was clean inside and out. Employees were very friendly and especially Erica. We ordered three burgers,onion rings and cheese curds. Onion rings and cheese curds were very good . Hamburgers were very dry,bun’s bottom half was cold and the burger really had no flavor to it. . Not sure we will return.

I’ve ordered here many times and have had zero issues with my food since their opening. Culver’s is one of my favorites. I like that my food has been made fresh to order…and folks forget that kind of quality takes time. So waiting a little bit for fresh food is never an issue for me. Everyone is super nice too.

First time here. Order was taken fast even though place was busy. We sat down and our food was brought to our table quite fast. The food was hot and freshly made. I ordered the bacon deluxe with three patties. My wif had the pretzel garlic pub. Fries were hot and lightly seasoned just right. Very tasty. The bacon on the burger wasn’t soggy. It was super crispy and tasty. The meat tasted like steak. Just juicy and delicious. We also ordered chicken tenders. These re probably the softest, tastiest chicken tenders we’ve eaten they were really good. We will definitely return.
