This Culvers was extremely impressive. We stopped by for lunch on our way to Asheville. When I say they were busy, that may be an understatement. Line out the door, drive thru lined up, parking lot FULL. Being that we had received a Culver’s gift card for christmas, we decided to go ahead and stay. The staff was extremely friendly. We waited about 10 minutes in line to order considering the amount of people. Then only had to wait about 15 minutes for our hot and fresh food to be at our table. I have experienced longer wait times at other Culver’s in an environment that was not a fraction of the amount of busy they were. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I want to give props to the crew working. They were on it! Everything was clean, even the drink station! As stated before, very impressed with how this location is ran. Like a smooth sailing ship. Great job guys!

There is good reason why this chain is the best burger joint around this area! The limited time burgers that come out every few months are always astonishingly good. The interior is super nice remodeled and very clean. At times the lines are long trying to order the food, but a little known fact you can try. You can immediately go to your table and order online and pay from your phone using the QR code card at your table and get your food sent directly to you. Who doesn’t want to skip the hassle of standing in line especially with hungry kids during the peak busy hours. Try it next time, it’s a game changer. This not to detract from the great staff. The staff is great. Always friendly and welcoming you in to the restaurant. The meal i tried this time is the roasted garlic and bacon pub burger with of course cheese curds. I also tried the new mac and cheese. The burger was legendary. The culinary creators are great at combining great ingredients together to create taste worthy dishes. The new limited time cheddar on cheddar mac and cheese definitely puts them on the playing field with this latest dish. Hopefully you have experienced greatness here, if not come by for an amazing meal.

I just ate at Culver’s for the first time today. I got what was probably the best burger I’ve ever had in my life!!! The customer service was polite and swift. The prices were reasonable, and the food was incredible!!! Definitely give them a try if you’re in Hickory, NC!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely phenomenal burgers! Like the greatest mushroom Swiss burger I’ve ever tasted. My son who is a very picky eater and I mean the child is a hard critic says the chicken tenders are his favorite. This is a high honor for my child. The service is wonderful. Food is always served hot and fresh. Staff check on you if you haven’t gotten your food and you’re sitting in the curbside. They’re are so pleasant upon bringing out your food. The cheese curds oh they ate amazing. Geez Google now I’m needing to go to Hickory again LOL. Love this place.

My family and I are fond of Culver’s; however, we had a very unsatisfactory experience today. We visited for dinner, and I ordered the butterfly shrimp with fries and coleslaw. Initially, everything appeared acceptable. However, upon tasting the coleslaw, I found it to be spoiled. To confirm, I asked my husband to taste it as well, and he agreed it was inedible. When I brought this to the attention of a cashier, her response was, “it’s fine, just don’t eat it and throw it away.” I was not seeking any complimentary items, but I had anticipated a more professional response, such as an apology or an assurance that the issue would be investigated. Instead, I received a dismissive reply. While I previously held this establishment in high regard, this incident has caused me to reconsider future visits.t least a sorry we are goin to check them or something similar but not I just receive a rude answer. I just to love this place but after that not sure want to come back

I stopped here with some coworkers on the way to Greenville, NC. We decided to place our orders inside and sit down. I ordered a butterburger with cheese, lettuce, mayo, and bacon. I got a value basket with a drink and a medium side of cheese curds. The total came out to less than $12.50 for the meal, which is pretty good since I had a couple of upgrades. Culver’s has a really good root beer, and they have an excellent diet root beer as well, so I got some of that as my drink. The service at Culver’s is always phenomenal. Within 5 minutes, my food was brought out to me. The food was clearly made to order and tasted great. The bacon was good quality and they provided a good amount. The cheese curds were excellent as expected. The restrooms were also very clean. I highly recommend this location!

It tastes like an elevated McDonald’s! That’s my first thought after taking a bite of my single butter burger with cheese, ketchup, mustard, and onions.
The fries are excellent and the frozen custard is so smooth and delicious!
My only complaint is that this place is so busy and packed all the time. It’s hard to find parking, and if you aren’t familiar with their menu going through the drive-thru can be a bit intimidating. But the process went very smoothly. It does seem like waiting are your order is pretty normal but I don’t mind if it’s being made fresh.
Make sure to request ketchup if you need/want it. I was never asked if I wanted any so I assumed it would come in the bag when they brought it out to my vehicle but they did not. Luckily the fries were hot and delicious without ketchup. But even better is dipping the fries in a concrete!

The Good: The peanut butter shake was really good and way better than other fast food chains.
The Bad: i decided to try the Walleye Fish Sandwich and It was definitely a mistake. Soggy like it was made a couple hours ago and barely any tartar sauce on it.
The Ugly: The extra 3 shrimp i added were really crispy but the oil that they’re fried in was rancid along side the onion rings. Stop being cheap and change your fry oil Culvers!

This is our go to burger place now. Fast Friendly service. Always clean. We love the fact you can pick your table then order and pay at the table option. Makes for a quite Friday Night date. Its always quite and they play pleasant music!

This place, I believe, is probably very good on a good day. On the day I happened to go, they were out of all drinks from the drink machine and their service must have been hampered by other things too because the drive thru wait lanes were both full. They did have really good sweet tea! The fries were good but could have used a little bit more seasoning and the fish sandwich was the perfect size with a tasty bun. The fish didn’t really have a flavor which bothered me. I am definitely willing to give this place another shot because I want to like it. Hopefully they will be running more smoothly next time.
