Why do we have to have a problem here every single time with TROFI restaurant? One time you don’t put a spoon and fork,but i tell every time, another time you forget other details of the meal, sometimes the portion is too small, sometimes too much,i give every time tips but still….. Whatever we write and add as a note, you don’t do any of it. And the person working there who hands out the food talks to people in a very rude, almost animal-like manner. What is this? What kind of disrespect is this? I really can’t understand it. Just because your food is somewhat tasty, does that mean you can treat people like animals?

Interesting find in Culver City. Great place to pick up some food. They’ve got lots of options from Asian to Mexican. Quick and easy pickup process. I’ve had corn dogs, Korean bowls, and boba. All very tasty.

Order “delayed” for over 30 minutes, no follow-through texts, they just reset… can’t get ahold of anybody. Delivery app has no way to contact customer or business, warns it’ll affect my cancellation rate. This is absurd. Drivers shouldn’t be punished for your delays. You’re getting reported.

Ordered a personal pickup from hummus factory. It was set to be ready at 5:42. At 5:30 on 6/29/24, I walked in and asked the lady behind the counter if she can check on it. Not only was she extremely rude, she told me it had already been picked up. I tried explaining to her that maybe it wasn’t ready yet, and tried to give her more details. She quickly shut me down and told me they did not have the order in their system. I was about to leave, but literally one minute later I get the text that my order is ready for pickup. I walk back into the building and FINALLY she goes back to check and brings back my order. She says that personal orders can’t be seen on her screen, so then why didn’t she ask me that first? Am I supposed to know how their system works? She was also rude to other customers in line. I highly doubt she cares about this job.

Don’t bother ordering from here especially on Uber eats. The system is not integrated, so the tablet for pickup doesn’t recognize your order, and there’s only someone to help if there happens to be other food being loaded into the cubbies. Parking here is terrible and you have to drive through multiple sketchy alleys full of trash.
