Best restaurant in Jackson, and healthiest, most nutritional menu I’ve ever seen. If you DON’T like high-quality and carefully crafted menus, then this place is NOT for you. They make almost everything from scratch daily, every ingredient is fresh, and the flavors are balanced. Smoothies are packed with nutrients, waffle is phenomenal. Everything is obviously high quality. The staff is relaxed, super nice, and super helpful. IF you have any issues, they will fix them without question. The ambiance is awesome – you’re in a Wild West Saloon.

ATMOSPHERE:
Fun cowboy/saloon style interior decorations. Also has some outdoor seating for enjoying the warm summer Teton days
FOOD:
Breakfast Burrito (4.5 out of 5): Hearty meal with eggs and elk sausage. It was nice to try the novelty of elk sausage, though I wouldn’t say I could tell the difference between other meats, but overall a solid burrito. The side of potatoes were really well cooked and super crispy.
Glory Bowl (3 out of 5): It was nice to eat something fresh and healthy after days of camping food. But this dish tasted a bit too healthy, and not very filling and satisfying. If you love salads then perhaps this dish is for you, but if you’re here for some robust food, I’d get something else. The carrot gold sauce was decently good, even though I don’t like carrots, which is impressive. Just not the dish for me.
SERVICE:
Pretty much everyone in all of Jackson Hole and Grand Tetons is super friendly. Service here was great.

Food is absolutely delicious! They even offer gluten free options. The gluten free bread was filling, warm, and delicious! Very nutritional and ample amounts of food served. Yummy coffee and super fresh smoothies. It’s located next to the theater, so the ambiance is very cozy. It cannot accommodate a large amount of people at one time, so I’d recommend not going smack dab at peak hours or be willing to wait a bit. It’s located near downtown, convenient, and staff is friendly and willing to make changes to food. Like many restaurants and retail shops around the country, staffing issues are apparent, especially in touristy towns who have seen an increase in traffic. Be kind and considerate to these local places who keep the town’s culture going.

Do you have a gluten allergy or Celiac Disease or are observing a gluten free diet?
This is an INCREDIBLE place to eat breakfast or lunch.
We had their gluten free chicken and waffles and it was delicious! The spices used in the fried chicken were a yummy mix that paired well with the slightly spiced flavor of the waffles. The sarsaparilla had great flavor!
The restaurant itself is located in the Jackson Hole Playhouse. We enjoyed the ambiance of the unique atmosphere.

This place is absolutely delicious! If you are celiac then this is the place for you. Both dishes in my photos are completely gluten free. Normally at places like this you don’t feel like you got nearly enough food for the price you paid. Not at this place! Well worth the money and your time the next time you are in Jackson.

Cutest cafe you can imagine ! And serving lip smacking vegan-friendly food. We ordered a rise and shine with the fried jackfruit and a breakfast taco with the chickpeas. Both tasted great, we particularly loved the chick-pea “pancake” like thing, it is very similar to what is known as besan chilla in India. We also had a smoothie and the buffalo cauliflower. The batter for the buffalo cauliflower was perfect. If I am being very picky, my only suggestion would be that the cauliflower could be slightly better cooked, felt a little on the raw side. Fantastic service overall and would highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the area.

Ate here on a whim and loved it! The atmosphere is really neat, like an old saloon with lots of beautiful wood and cool decor. The food is all organic and healthy, with most all of it made in house. I had the rendezvous bowl, which was ah-mazing. Very fresh and filling. My husband had fries and lovvved them. Our waiter was also so friendly, we really loved chatting with him. All in all, a great experience.

We’ve been coming to Jackson for 6-7 years now and first time trying this place and it is now one of our favorites! Elk sausage was amazing! I got the breakfast bowl which is so colorful and healthy. And latte with homemade cashew milk and cinnamon honey syrup. Service was top notch! Highly recommend eating here.

Great cafe and restaurant. The vegetarian and vegan food is excellent. Buffalo cauliflower was some of the best I’ve ever had. Fresh juices and food always available. The beet latte with cashew milk was good! Staff is very friendly, fast service, and the atmosphere is awesome. If you love eating clean or healthy, or even just want to try something different, definitely stop by Cultivate Cafe!

Do you think a gluten free cafe is bound to be mediocre at best? Reframe your mind at this eatery.
A small place – seats 50 people at most – we arrived mid-morning on a weekday in the height of summer tourist season. The wait was an easy 20 minutes with outdoor seating and sidewalk space for milling about while waiting our turn.
The menu is completely gluten free, which is a God send for anyone traveling with Celiac disease. Dairy free and vegan symbols also peppered the menu.
We ordered the chicken and waffles, breakfast burrito, coffee and chocolate milk (many different milks available from cow, cashew, almond, etc).
The waffles were flavorful, fluffy and dense all at the same time. The chicken was breaded and was an oversized strip of breast meat – also tasty. The burrito (we ordered with scrambled eggs & bacon) was filling, delicious, and had a slow spicy heat.
The service was friendly and the food came out faster than anticipated given the wait times we have had at other establishments as of late. We
spent more on breakfast than our usual, but given the comfort of knowing the food was completely safe for a person with Celiac disease, it was worth it. We left so full that we’ll skip lunch.
About half way through the meal we ordered espresso drinks to-go and those were also good. We are not fans of Starbucks and these drinks, thankfully, were far from green mermaid norm.
If we visit Jackson again, this place is definitely on my list.
