Cullen ice cream shop has amazing customer service. I was immediately greeted by friendly faces! The ice cream was top notch and the overall environment of the store was awesome and had a local community feel. I got the oreo cheesecake ice cream single which was plenty and was fantastic!

Solid, old school scoop counter. Great variety of flavors. The Cedar Crest ice cream they carry has become my favorite. The servings are large, don’t be shocked by the price. You’re getting what you paid for. They often have many more flavors than what you can find in the grocery store. Take a pint home for later. You won’t regret it.

The ice cream was amazing ! But my boyfriend had ordered a cookies and cream shake. After receiving his shake and returning back to our car , we realized the shake was so thick he couldn’t even drink it. So , I said no big deal I’ll just go have them fix it quick.
Well long story short I went back and unfortunately wasn’t treated with kindness what so ever. My shake did get remade by the blonde haired boy that looked at me like he hated me for his original mistakes? The other young girl working was busting her ass , I genuinely saw her serve close to 8 different people while he stood there. She gave great customer service while , he gave the worst. The ice cream was amazing , but he sucked the life and enjoyment out. I won’t be returning to this location because of it. Also , I’m just wondering if this place is just known for the workers sticking a straw with the paper still on it , in the shake before giving it? He did it twice in a row , and I had to ask him to give me a different straw.
He was pissed , but I don’t understand that? What if the paper rips from the ice cream and now I have straw paper in there ? It’s unsanitary truthfully and it confused me.

Delicious ice cream and great customer service. They don’t ignore you and greet you immediately and ask if you need a sample. Very welcoming young people working there doing a fantastic job! Only been there a couple times but have had nothing but efficient and fast treatment every visit! I wish there was more homemade flavors to choose from but I’ll keep coming back until I get to try that banana pudding that my in laws rave about.

Inconsistent scoops. I always get the pint. Sometimes I’ll get it overfilling making it worth the constant price increases. Other times they barely fill it with space still. It’s not what they used to be when they first opened.
