Came to try this place for lunch today.
It was running behind operator hours to open its doors sometime after 12:00.
They told us that the kitchen would be open and running about 12:30. They opened the doors and offered to give us some chips and salsa while we wait.
The refreshments came a little later.
We were told Sushi would take a bit longer to make, So we order the Trio Ceviche and decided to split it verses waiting for the Sushi.
To be honest it wasn’t what I had expected it to be, nor taste. I wouldn’t order that again.
The presentation also wasn’t all that.
The lemonade here is horrible.
The ladies bathroom TP Was on the floor, and the PT was just sitting on the sink and the restroom had a funky smell.
The experience here was just okay for me.

I come to culichi town with the family. Really clean inside & out big parking lot we feel welcome and comfortable when ever wecome in, Everything we’ve tried from the menu i would give it a 10 out of 10 never dissapoint. The bar has many choices of drinks, prices are reasonable for the area. Wait time for the food was minimal, they also do live music.

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon after church. My husband has been to a similar place in Whittier and since he knows I love tasting new places we came here. I was kind of skeptical in the beginning because the area this restaurant is in is not the most beautiful areas in the city. I hope this changes in the future because the food was great and the customer service a plus. They have the nicest waitresses and very attentive to your needs. I had the California burger my husband had the grilled fish. Very delicious, fresh, well seasoned. The menu has a variety of dishes from shrimp to sushi rolls, to mexican/american dishes. A must try. By the looks of things it’s vibing at night with live music and television screens playing the latest sports game. Enjoyed my time!

We were hesitant to celebrate my sister’s birthday here, especially since the incident they had a while back. When we came in there were only 2-3 other tables. Eventually they left and we enjoyed having the restaurant all to ourselves.
The service was fast and the food was great! I love the Culichi Town in Vegas so I don’t know why it took me so long to try the one here in Lancaster.
I ordered the Crunch Roll, then later picked at everyone else’s orders. I would say the food is 10/10. Portions are huge and they don’t hesitate on adding the sauce. I’m a big man and it was hard for me to bite each piece, you could almost use a fork from how big they are. Overall I would come here again.
They have outside seating and a really cute/chill patio. The bar doesn’t look that big with options but I think you could make it work.
I would recommend this place if you’re looking for something new but you’re really hungry. Also they have good deals on the rolls.

Wow very impressed with the food and the service, Carlos just kept everything coming without us asking for anything right on time.. the shrimp and octopus cocktail was off the hook so much shrimps I Loved it .. spicy tuna delicious, the shrimp empanadas were so satisfying.. fish tacos were loaded just like TJ style .

Service for drinks took 30min. Plus the bartender had to look at a binder that showed how to make the drinks.
Food was not good. On my plate the rice was undercooked beans were too salty and the fish was okay. Salad on the plate was not fresh at all. The rolls that we had were poorly prepared.
Overall This place needs to hire people with experience for better tasting food and service.

This place service is really excellent and there always fast with taking orders and bring your food on time as well. me and my family have all been there more then once there food is really good and full of flavors and many different options there’s even a kids menu as well.

The shrimps appetizer was delicious.
We tried the tacos and the best one was the steak taco. I tried the cheetos ceviche tostada and the shrimp was way too raw For me. The best thing was the Mazapan martini.
