Most folks don’t know about this little gem located within the campus of Milwaukee Area Technical College. MATC has an excellent culinary program, and attached to it is Cuisine, their fine dining restaurant. Aspiring chefs to be serve a magnificent 4-course, 5-star lunch at a fraction of what it would cost at a 5-star restaurant. Reservations are recommended as the place usually sells out.

We went there yesterday after an 11 year absence .. thanks to a newspaper review. It is a marvelous gastronomical experience. Great Levantine area cuisine: turkey, Syria, Lebanon etc. The menu is a surprise til you sit down. This was last menu this school year. We’ll be back in fall when the restaurant is open again with new students.

Yes students are the ones performing all of the services so under the instructor they have to give Superior dining maybe I need to stop comparing places like Texas Roadhouse to this LOL.
