Trying all the food choices available in Alva while I’m here, and cuisine cuisine is top tier! It’s a food truck. The menu changes each month. The Cuban was absolutely wonderful! Top 3 best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. Bread is really good and the meat is juicy and not dry at all. I’ll come back to try other things!

Flavor explosion! I had the Grilled Maple Salmon salad and broccoli salad and they were both perfection. If you are looking for amazing food in Alva, look no further! Salmon was perfectly cooked, fresh greens, and excellent dressing. I could make a meal out of the broccoli salad, its so tasty. What a gem!

Everything is great here. I love the Cuban sandwich. Fresh food and very clean setup. We live out of town so we take it to the park and eat under the pavilions. The fries and seasoned perfect. Highly recommend
