Absolutely our favorite activity while in san jose! A very educational and fun tequila tasting followed by an amazing mexican dinner, it was just me and my husband and Jorge C made us feel very special! It was actually an honor to meet him and learn about his family and also learn even more about tequila! The food was the best mexican food we ever had;flavors and presentation spot on.I am really glad that we got the oportunity to do this and meet Jorge; he was an spectacular host. We tasted his own brand of tequila (Malaco) and took a botle of reposado back home with us! Thank you again for such a woderful evening!Natalia!

The overall experience was AMAZING! The owner was our waiter and made us feel like family! Gave us recommendations and we were all so happy that we listened to him! I wish we went here on our last day in Cabo as it would be the ideal finale! The best meal we had during our stay, no contest. Jorge was a very kind, patient, and warm host and the menu was excellent. The Molcajete was especially comforting and the quince moonshine paired with the chocolate cake flan was a lovely surprise. I hope I can return to enjoy the tequila tasting someday.

Jorge was welcoming, knowledgeable, and funny. His staff was also friendly yet professional and they complemented Jorge’s tasting experience quite well. He did a great job explaining the history of tequila, his family, and how to taste and genuinely appreciate tequila. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a unique tequila tasting experience.

The best seafood i have ever had. The octopus was incredible. The bean soup, tortilla soup, and the flaan/brownie was also incredible. My drink was great, along with the different tequila shots Jorge had recommended. It was just out table of 10 in the restaurant and the staff was extremely attentive towards us. Would recommend to anyone looking for an intimate dinner either their group with fantastic food and service.

I don’t often feel compelled to review restaurants, but this place is an exception. We happened upon it by chance one night and it ended up being the highlight of our entire week in Cabo. The owner/host provided excellent service, and the food was truly extraordinary. My wife and I got the Mexican platter which came with 8 or 9 different dishes to sample. They were all great, but the chile relleno stood out as our favorite. The other couple at our table split the steak molcajetes which was also amazing.

Our favorite restaurant in San Jose. This is the restaurant that we hit every time we are in town. Food is authentic & DELICIOUS!! Atmosphere is inviting, & full of ambiance, not to mention the history of the Cuervo family legacy. If you have never been, I highly recommend making a point to taste a bit of authentic Mexican cuisine & culture.
