The cakes here are absolutely excellent — some of the best I’ve had. Unfortunately, the service doesn’t match the quality of the products. On more than one visit, I’ve stood at the counter where staff can clearly see me but do not acknowledge my presence or say something as simple as, “We’ll be right with you,” and instead continue working on what they are doing. On my most recent visit, the young cashier answered the phone while serving me and continued the call instead of putting it on hold to finish the transaction. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, the younger staff members often seem to have an attitude, which makes the overall experience less welcoming.
I will only go back to order cakes, which for me is typically just once a year, but I hope the customer service improves.

Love this bakery! If you like thick strawberry filling you will have yo ask for full strawberries or an extra layer as they have a fresh strawberry whip cream they usually use. Still very good and cakes are always fresh! Donuts can be requested with various color frostings which is great for a theme. They can duplicate pretty much any idea or photo inspiration.

Unbelievably wonderful Tres leches cake and Flan. They made a beautiful cake for my husband’s 60th bday. Great service and super helpful as I had never ordered from them before. Everything was ready to go at the time I had requested. Will for sure order from this little gem of a bakery again.

Julien is the absolute best. The bakery always smells incredible. We have gotten multiple tres leches cakes from him. He also did a beautiful cake for my baby shower. I couldn’t believe how beautiful it turned me out. Do not judge the sliding frosting as we had this cake outside on a 95 degree day.
