5 of us total fellas from work simply went to play some pool and were surprised at how much fun we had! The pizza was well beyond our expectations also. Great place to be low key, and a mature mix crowd 40’s on up in age mainly. Good times, we will be back!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Cue Club in Waukesha. Service took an unusually long time just to close me out. Seconds before stepping into the restroom, I spoke directly with the owner, who was aware of the situation and smiled during the interaction.
While I was in the restroom, the owner personally poured out our group pitcher of beer after we had already paid for it. My 15-year-old son witnessed this, which made the situation especially uncomfortable.
Around 9:00 PM, I informed the bartender about the situation regarding feeding my son, and all was well. I also ordered my meal at that time. We had permission to finish our pool game and my son’s meal, which arrived late around 10:15 PM, but the situation still escalated.
When I returned, the owner reacted very differently — he threatened to call the police and said he didn’t want to embarrass me in front of my child, despite the fact that we were actively trying to leave. The staff appeared disorganized, which added to the confusion and delayed resolution. Based on this experience, it seems the owner lacks awareness of or sensitivity toward families.
I’ve been coming to Cue Club for years, and the current ownership is completely different. Unfortunately, dads can’t have the sort of bond they would like in public here. DO NOT bring minors, as this makes the outing very stressful rather than enjoyable.
We arrived around 5:30 PM and tried leaving by 9:00 PM. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against bringing minors here. The situation was handled poorly from start to finish.

Your take out Fish frys have been very sub-par for the last few month’s. Not sure what changed with your cook staff or but it has to be reevaluated. We will be finding a new establishment for fish frys and wouldn’t recommend you untill things improve .

Servers are Friendly and very busy taking care of customers . Fish offered Perch, Cod and Blue Gill. I ordered a Cod Fish sandwich with waffle fries. My wife ordered the 2 PC mini. They have a small menu to choose from. Family Friendly

The wife and I enjoy coming here to shoot a couple games of pool, where we have a drink or two, can grab a bite to eat.

A great place to play bar games, including bocce and foosball. I’d skip the food aside from the pizza. It’s often under or over cooked.

We went for the bar and to meet up with a friend, huge area with many pool tables, indoor bags area, dart boards. They had huge pizzas which I did not order or try but looked good, and a pretty big bar area which decent service on a busy Saturday. They have an outdoor smoking area.

I had been craving fish fry for 2 years, so when we came into town we had to hit the cue club. They don’t disappoint. I had the cod and my wife had the walleye. You have to try their sweet brandy old fashioned if you’ve never had one. I’ll be back the next time we are in town.

We were visiting my sister and her husband who are basically restricted to home due to health issues. They had never heard of the Cue Club before even though it is down the street from their bank. He loves fish (been a fisherman his whole life) so we picked the fish fry’s that were available on Wednesday (did not have to wait for Friday). Walleye, Bluegills and Perch were all very good. I’ve got the feeling that when their kids and grandkids visit them, they will be suggesting they pick up food from Cue’s! The bartender was really nice also.
