Angel our server is an excepcional young man. His customer service and attention to all the customers is remarkable. The food was as good as always. Special mention to the fried calamari one of the best the Miami and Broward area. And of course the ice cream hazelnuts crunch was absolutely delicious.

Juan was an excellent bartender! He recommended a fantastic special which was the swordfish puttanesca with risotto. The fish was buttery and the red sauce with onions, capers and olives was the PERFECT compliment. Their fresh bread was hearty and so flavorful. I also tried their pistachio gelato but made it an affogato which is the best way to go… sooo delicious! This is my second time here and I’ll definitely be back.

Just had a very nice dinner at Cucina Moderna. It is located in a center off of Red Road and Miramar Parkway. The parking was very simple to access. We were seated quickly as we arrived early for dinner. We arrived while their sunset menu was available, which was very nice. It offered a salad, entrée and gelato for dessert. I had the Caesar salad, eggplant parmesan with ziti and the tiramisu gelato. The food service was very quick and efficient. I found the gelato absolutely delicious.

Went on Valentine’s Day with my husband, we had a reservation and were quickly seated upon arriving. Appetizer and drinks were delicious. We got the veal milanesa and it was very good. Our server was attentive, it was a busy night but the restaurant was handling it very well. Love the cozy lux vibes.

This is one of my top restaurants for both dining in and take out. We’ve been here many times and we always leave with a positive and pleasant experience. The staff is excellent, starting with their manager Mitch, who is awesome, so welcoming and accommodating. The servers are very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable especially Evelina and Carlos. The food is fresh and flavorful. The filet mignon is surprisingly one of the best we’ve eaten, and their pizza is delicious.

I ordered the Shrimp Frances which was absolutely delicious. The eggplant Parmesan was cooked perfectly, and the gnocchi special was another highlight—full of flavor and perfectly prepared.
Everything we tried was truly five-star quality. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing Italian food in the Miramar area.

Food was decent but on the pricer side. Pizza was good but crust was tough for something “freshly” made. Caesar Salad was missing the shaved Parmesan which was supposed to be a highlight of the dish. Seafood Linguini was cooked well but too salty. Service and ambiance were good.

I came to here to work, chat, and spend time with loved ones. As soon as we entered the establishment, were we’re greeted with kindness and grace—I immediately was taken aback. I sat at the bar, and our server/bartender Juan was amazing. He made sure we were good and he had such great customer service. He made the experience worthwhile. The food was good, I went for brunch and ordered the traditional breakfast. I’ll definitely be back. 10/10 everything.

This is going to be my new spot. My mom, sister and I planned to dine at Flanigan’s but pivoted when we saw that there was a crowd. We peaked at Cucina Moderna’s menu and was surprised to learn it included a gf pizza.
One coquito mojito, gf pizza and dessert later and we were pleased with our experience.
Carlos, our server was great – attentive and personable. And the food and drinks were delicious. Love it.
