Cucina is such a hidden gem. I wish more people in Vail new about Cucina! The space is huge, the atmosphere is great, and the staff is incredibly fast and friendly—especially Salvatore and Tyler. Even with our big event, they were quick, patient, kind, and super attentive. Their customer service really stood out, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The burger was delicious, and I can’t wait to try their breakfast menu next time!

The food was unbelievably bad for the food we expected. I was with a party of 9 and all of us had incredibly mediocre food. I ordered mamas meatballs, and if mama really went to family gatherings, bringing that for everyone would be an upset and disappointment. My dear friend ordered the grilled cheese and the cheese was not even melted, it was just two slices of american cheese. Aside from that all the rest of it was basically inedible. Nobody finished their meals due to the quality. The medium rare burger we ordered was past well done. The truffle fries and espresso martinis were fantastic but other than that nothing was recommendable or enjoyable. I was incredibly disappointed by everything we got and so was my group.

We’ve eaten here two years in a row now with four kids and had a great experience both times. Easy to get a table, especially for a bigger group. Live music is great and so fun. Service is really good! Our server, salvatore, was fantastic and so kind.

Salvatore is the mixologist at Cucina at The Lodge at Vail and his creations are amazing!! This is his take on a Espresso Martini. The rose color is a rose petal sugar he makes in house. The roses are sourced from India. Amazing! Delicious!! #Espresso Martini, #Mixologist

The restaurant and the atmosphere were excellent, as there was live music.
Unfortunately, the service was not so good, as the server was not very kind. Also, ALERT!! Keep an eye on your receipt, as my server (Salvatore) added additional money to his tip even though we included 20%. I guess he needs to steal to make ends meet.

We went here for breakfast and had a very disappointing experience. The restaurant itself was excellent, and the atmosphere was truly enjoyable. The live music added such a beautiful vibe and made the place feel lively. Unfortunately the service was extremely poor. The person who assisted us I’m not sure if she was the server or the manager, but she seemed to be in a managerial role was unkind, unfriendly, and unwelcoming from the start. Starting the day with such a cold attitude ruins the entire experience. Would not recommend based on the service.

For a breakfast place at Vail that charges near $70 for two people I expected better than microwave fast food style hash browns .. toast was cold, .. very disappointing … lots of better options .. i typically cannot wait to have proper breakfast potatoes .. that is a highlight of any restaurant breakfast for me .. unfortunately they really went cheap there and served something worth maybe $10 and charged 3x that

Service needed improvement, as the server was unavailable most of the time. Had to go place an order and pay the bill at the cashier.
Curry was delicious. Beet salad was ok, as any average salad you could have. 5 grilled prawns was not tasty.
Atmosphere is nice, especially the outside seating area
