Absolutely amazing divine experience. Being a cook as I ate I could tell everything was made in house! The pasta noodle were like butter, my sauce was amazing. It had mushrooms in it, but i didn’t even mind this time! My family and I really enjoyed dining here as this was our first time but will not be our last!

My favorite restaurant in Augusta! I have never had a bad experience. The food is delicious and the service is great. My favorite is the pasta carbonara. My husband had the rock fish and it was absolutely wonderful. Kensley is a great waitress and was very attentive. Oh, it is best to make reservations because it’s a small restaurant.

Cusina is hands down one of the best breakfast spots around! Their breakfast selection is incredible, but the biscuits and gravy are next-level — rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken and French toast is another standout: crispy, tender, sweet, savory, and absolutely delicious. Everything we tried was tasty and cooked just right. On top of that, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it the perfect place to start your day. Can’t wait to come back!

Went for lunch here with a craving for Italian food, but the lunch menu is more American fare without a particularly Italian flavor profile to the lunch main entree items (meatloaf, blackened chicken, pan seared salmon, smoked pork). That being said, the food was good. I had a perfectly seared salmon that remained juicy on the inside. My companion had the fried cod sandwich, which she also complimented. Prices were reasonable. The server was attentive. Will have to try evenings to see what the more authentically Italian dishes are like

First time visiting Cucina 503. We didn’t like how they have seating right when you walk in the door. I felt like we were intruding on the people that were already dining. Majority of the food was delicious. Did not like the humus spread appetizer with toast. Did not like the flavor and it was dry. The other spreads were salmon and a Bolognese sauce. They were okay. The appetizer with shrimp, calamari, fried zucchini and lemon was the best. Our entrees were pork chops, creamed corn and the chicken and mushroom with a truffle/cream sauce. Both dishes were excellent choices. We will definitely go back.

Very good service. Food was good- not great. Strip mall location and furnishings felt inferior.

Love the authenticity of the food here. It’s great for evenings out with friends, date night, or holiday parties. They have a nice little bar area and stellar service. The Italian food is made from scratch and your taste buds will be thanking you!

The food was good, but extremely limited in what was available (the unlisted menu was bigger than the menu itself). What really made it a not good experience was the atmosphere. It was 40 degrees outside and when we refused the table next to the front door the hostess was visibly flustered. Over the course of the meal, the hostess and the manager kept eyeballing us as if we screwed up their organization of the night. And they pushed to get us out when more people came into the restaurant. The tables were tiny and really close together. And the whole restaurant was smoky the entire time. For what was paid, there are better options for this type of food.

Nice size location, located in a shopping plaza in Evans off of fury ferry road. Food was ok but not seasoned to good. The menu was small not to many options, so you dont have alot to select from. However the appetizers they serve are great they give you way more than what other resturants would serve as an appetizer. The customer service was awesome enjoyed our waitress. Atmosphere was ok, low lighting an no other sound besides people talking. Over all a 3 out 5, good place to take a date or have a date night. But its not a place I would visit more than once. It just didnt draw me back for a second visit.
