The customer care here was so bad! The worst we ever experienced in all the fine dinning l have been too and my friends said the same we didnt feel welcomed at all .We were four girls celebrating a birthday hier on a Saturday .We even had a 4 course menue and they knew it was a birthday but we still had to pay for bread and butter as we waited for the course menue which we thought should have been for free we mean the bread and butter .No one comes to explain the meals to you .They just drop them on the table and disappear.No smiling welcoming faces no one comes to check on you lf everything is Okay like other fine dinnings .We always leave alots of Tips but we just left so little out of our not being satisfied with the service.We asked ourselves could it have been our race but may be not it must be a General thing we left regretting having come there.For the birthday girl they just lit the candle and just dropped it there.and we were like lf it is nice we would recommend our other friends to go there but to be honest it is not worth it.our bill was around 500 euros we wanted to order more drinks but we left because we didn’t feel satisfied with the service.

This is consistently one of the highest rated and most celebrated restaurants in Stuttgart, and it should be. The staff is kind, graceful and professional. The food is phenomenal. The location is arguably the best in the region. That being said, the amount of light reflected on the window does distract from the view, but there isn’t much they can do about physics and you get the feeling that if it could be fixed, they would have. Definitely go.

The view from restaurant Cube is second to none in Stuttgart. Every dish we had was outstanding and left my wife and I feeling very satisfied with our choice. Our server Robert was very helpful in explaining the menu, and was overall extremely pleasant in having conversation. I would recommend wearing some light comfortable clothes because it does get a little warm in the restaurant. Perfect for a date night with your loved one, or a small intimate meal with friends. The scallop dish and the yellowfin tuna w/risotto deserve special mention. It may be the best yellowfin i have had in years.

The most amazing view of the lovely city of Stuttgart just above the Museum of Modern Art and the place reflects modernity in architecture and food. I avoid hyperbole but this place deserves it! Three friends, awesome food and absolutely great service thanks to our wonderful and attentive server called Sebastien! He checked with me re allergies and made sure that the kitchen knew. Two of us had the duck breast, cooked to their taste (medium to well done). I went for the grilled cauliflower with sesame seeds and loved it! From the Kir Royale to the excellent local Grauburgurnder to the after dinner drinks: perfect! Thank you and hope you give our friendly Sebastien a nod for his excellent service!

Went here for a special lunch and it exceeded our expectations. Food was incredible and you can’t beat the location and view. We had the Ramen and Sea Bass, could have eaten ten portions!
4/5 stars for service because they seemed to forget we didn’t order our main meal so it was delayed.

How should I praise the perfect menu I had here at CUBE, I would say it’s better than most Michelin stars gourmet restaurants, period!!!
Appetizer is seaweed seasoned with Eastern style sauce and mixed with cashew, the delicate taste came along with crunchy texture, what a good way to start.
Followed by Canadian Pike Carppacio, Spicy Thai Soup, Scallop, New Zealand Fillet (medium rare), and ended with Apricot Mojito, everything was not just perfect, astonishingly delicious.
Will definitely bring my family and friends here soon.

Brilliantly done food in an excellent setting with great service.
We had an amazing evening at this restaurant which faces schloßplatz. The restaurant is located in the museum building on the top floor and can be reached through an elevator accessible from the main museum doors.
The reservation handling was perfect and we got a great table by the glass facade with a very nice view of the square and the city.
Coming to the highlight of the evening – the food – every dish was thoughtfully made with a very good interplay of flavours and textures. For us the highlight of the evening was the beef two ways, the trout and the apricot panacotta.
We chose the 5 course tasting menu and left really full.
The servers were very attentive and efficient.
The cons : The place is quite expensive and not kid friendly. The dishes are all evolved and not suitable for kids.
Would highly recommend the place for a date night or a special occasion. They absolutely deliver.

Awesome restaurant with awesome works of culinary art with an awesome view of the Schlossplatz and the TV Tower and the Stuttgarter Kessel on top of an awesome museum with awesome works of modern art in an awesome building which is also a work of architectural art. Cube is not inexpensive, but you get way more than what you pay for in service, ambience, presentation, quality, and taste of the food, so it is always more than worth it. By some parameters it’s almost a bargain because Cube is a Michelin Star dining experience without the Michelin Star nonsense and prices. We had 6 different things over 4 courses (we each ordered the same 2nd course and dessert) and each was exquisite in taste and presentation. We had 4 different open wines, and a grappa, each of which were excellent. I will just talk about my main course, truffle spaghetti with truffle foam and beef filet. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the truffle foam was a crazy creation of truffle-flavoured air and cream, rich with the taste of pure truffles, and the pasta was covered with truffle shavings. It seemed like they used the whole truffle just for my pasta. I ordered the filet rare, and rarely have I seen such a perfect filet,rare from from top to bottom and soft as butter. I didn’t need a steak knife. Such a course is perhaps simple to some: pasta and steak. But at this level, the balance between excellent pasta and excellent steak and disappointing pasta and steak (not done enough, cooked too long, overdone) is razor thin. The chefs at Cube were perfect. Topped by the truffle foam and an hours-and-hours reduced jus for the filet, this course was one of the best (if not the best) I have ever had. Wrap all of this up with the friendly, attentive but not intrusive service, led by our amazing waiter Zarif, whose memory for faces and past-encounters, knowledge of the menu (wine and food), expertise and personableness, makes you feel like going for dinner at a friend’s place. Thank you Zarif, thank you Cube and Team. Try this place out guys. You won’t regret it.
