We had such a great experience here! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made us feel comfortable right away and checked in just the right amount without being intrusive.

The restaurant was very clean and well maintained, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised that there was no wait time — we were seated right away, and everything came out quickly and efficiently.

The black garlic tonkotsu ramen was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and full of flavor, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the toppings were fresh and generous. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency. Overall, a fantastic spot for a satisfying meal. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We were greeted by warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere immediately upon walking into the restaurant, the waitstaff was friendly and made us feel right at home. We consider ourselves to be pretty particular about ramen, and boy oh boy… Cube Ramen and Asian Cuisine knocked it out of the park! You can tell they care about every ingredient in your bowl/on your plate.

The takoyaki came out fresh and piping hot with a perfect balance of savory and a touch of sweetness. While we both ordered the black garlic tonkotsu ramen and the broth was absolutely delicious as prepared, one of us added four heaping scoops of chili oil and some seasoning to the bowl and… Wow.

We also ordered some plum sake (hot, of course!) and it may have been the best sake we’ve ever tried. We’ll be raving about this spot for a while, and it’s definitely our designated date night spot now. Highly, highly recommend!

Hands down my favorite ramen spot. I live far from Olympia but anytime I’m out that way I make it a point to stop here because it’s THAT GOOD. The noodles are perfect consistency, creamy flavorful broth, and the pork is so tender it almost melts in your mouth. Service is always attentive and prices are good for the portion and quality you get 🙂

the takoyaki i had here is maybe my favorite ever, and i’ve had a lot. the udon was chewy, the broth was flavorful, and the tempura was all crispy and well salted! my beloved had the black garlic tonkotsu ramen and that was great! it came with a looooot of noodles though. leftovers reheated well, but i recommend separating the broth from the noodles for storage.

We had such a lovely experience! The two people who helped us were extremely nice and got our order out quickly. We both had the black garlic tonkotsu ramen and fried dumplings. The ramen broth was rich and flavorful, the egg was perfectly cooked and there were plenty of noodles to fill you up. Perfect lunch, thank you!

I’m always excited when I get to try a new place. That is actually really good that I feel very confident in recommending to others and want to go back to! One of my friends/coworkers/ team members in the organization I run is married to a Japanese person who has said that this is the most authentic in town. So it came at a very high recommendation and some place that I definitely wanted to visit!

We actually tried to go a couple of months ago but I think we’re on vacation or something so the place was closed. But it was definitely worth the wait.

I met two other individuals for lunch here and I showed up about 20 minutes prior as that’s kind of who I am and grabbed a cup of green tea and did some reading. The waitress was super friendly and attentive and it was some really tasty green tea.

I got the black garlic ramen which was amazing. Super creamy, rich, savory, perfectly cooked noodles, and very filling.

The best ramen I’ve ever had and kind of dangerous because it’s super close to my home so I could end up here a lot.

The place was clean, the service was great, and the food was very tasty and well prepared. Full disclosure by the way, I happen to love dried ramen and I’m a huge fan of Shin Ramen, so if you’re somebody who like me is kind of cheap and wondering if it’s worth it to blow 20 bucks on a ramen lunch when you could get yourself some Shin Black which will only cost you probably two bucks, it definitely is. It’s a different experience and it’s yummy and worth it!

Will I still love Shin Black? Of course!

I feel like the ramen at this place is pretty good, if nothing special. They only gave me half an egg and I’m pretty sure you have to pay extra to get more, and there were only two pieces of meat in my ramen. The flavor is okay, the chili oil is really good. It’s actually spicy unlike other places. The tofu was pretty good, the gyoza kind of tastes like the ones you can get from Costco. I also ordered the curry, who h tastes kind of watered down but the flavor is really good. The waitresses were really nice overall though!

If you go, go primarily for the creamy tonkatsu with tender, thin pork slices & deeply umami shoyu ramen, then what they call “tapas,” i.e., pan-fried & soup dumplings, Chinese scallion pancake, & authentic agadashi tofu with bonito flakes.

They give you a lot more ramen noodles than other places.

Showed up thirty-five minutes before close. For a ramen restaurant that seems pretty reasonable. Not like I’m ordering a steak before close. Especially when there’s a party of 6 eating inside. But was met with a locked door and the open sign still on. If you don’t accept people after a certain time. That should be posted. Been here before and the food is good. But that experience was just such a turn off it made me write a review.

We are a first-time diner here. This establishment is quite spacious and welcoming. It features ramen or rice don (bowls) Upon entering, the servers greeted my family. Our server promptly arrived to take our orders.

While our food was being prepared we ordered extra rice which arrived faster than our meals. Next, the rice don was brought out. Our food sat, getting cold, on the table so we could all eat together. As we were finishing our ramen, we ordered more noodles. We were planning to order more food but the server brought us our bill. So, we figured they were ready for us to leave. They do not have free drink refills since they serve Coke products in cans (hence one star removed).

The servers were very nice and the food was oishii (delicious)! Although there were a few things we didn’t care for, the food was definitely good enough to come back for.
