I don’t usually leave bad reviews but after my experience today this deserved it.
First, their menu is very clearly labeled for V, GF, and Ve, but they didn’t have a lot of Ve options. I ordered a chicken salad but asked if I could switch the chicken for black beans. The worker then said “um I don’t see that as an option”. So I said, “Can you please ask if they can put black beans on there for me?” And she, looking very skeptical and not trying to be helpful said sure and then proceeded to not ask anyone.
When I went to go get the food I said “were you able to get the black beans” and she said “yeah I asked and we actually don’t have any black beans in the store” (After my husband had just received his BLACK BEAN burger. I told her there were black beans on other salads in the store and she just didn’t say anything.
I then had to ask for a manager and say “I know you have black beans, can I please get some” and he got them for me.
I just didn’t appreciate the girl, even if she was in training, assuming that she knew best and then lying about the store not having black beans instead of just asking someone.
Really disappointed with the service and Ve options.

Hit Cubby’s this morning for breakfast and got the tri-tip torta sandwich. DELICIOUS!!! Abby took my order and is so happy and helpful.

Seems like the ownership have forgotten the “WHY” they started this business.
First, the additional credit card fee of 2.5%, completely a junk fee and unnecessary.. seriously..
Now the food, we ordered the large or regular Buffalo fries, always delicious, we just needed more sauce once we ate the top level there was no much sauce at all, I asked for more and was handed the buffalo sauce but not the blue cheese sauce and was told it would be extra… again seriously?? And the guy wasn’t amused at all, no customer service..
Then when we dug into the Tri-tip salad, that we ordered with no scallions…. It was loaded with scallions… and it also had about 3 ounces of Tri-tip.. they should have put more tri-tip and no scallions.
I took it back and again not good customer service or friendly staff at all..
it’s like a hassle for them to serve the customers. If you don’t like where your work then don’t work there.
And this usually rolls down hill meaning, it 99% of the time comes from upper mgmt or ownership.
One other item, the soda fountain fridge area smells like mold, definitely needs to be checked to make sure there is no mold..

There is no consistency with each location. Some have great service and clean tables and others are cold and sticky. The food options are plenty and the ingredients seem high-end but it definitely is a pricey place to eat. One persons meal is easily close to $20. It’s becoming less and less a place I want to visit.

We visited this location a few weeks ago. We don’t usually come to this one, but it was on our way after shopping at the outlets. The food, as always at all their locations, is consistently good—maybe a bit pricey, but still very good.
That day we went with our kids. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, and the children were playing, which is completely normal for kids. Unfortunately, my wife (who also speaks Spanish) overheard an employee speaking disrespectfully about the children for playing and for being born in this country. My wife chose not to say anything at the moment because the kids were present and we didn’t want to create a scene.
Later, we found out the employee’s name was Alexa. Experiences like this are very disappointing and unacceptable. Because of this, we will not be returning to this specific location while this type of staff behavior continues.
We truly hope the other locations continue to be friendly, respectful, and welcoming, as we have experienced in the past.

Want to start by saying we as a family LOVE cubby’s! However, this location is consistently a let down. I typically drive further away to go to a better one but sometimes give this Lehi location another try. It’s consistently a disappointment. Takes forever to get food even though it’s not at all busy. And the food is not good. Fries are squishy and the other food is just okay.
Not sure why!! But love the other locations we’ve been to!

Worst experience ever. I ordered a regular kale salad, which was the large size and $15. The bowl was less than half full and there was no chicken, which was listed on the order and always included. And goat cheese? Two tiny pieces.
I’ve had this exact salad from other locations and it’s amazing. But this one was far from it.
My daughter’s kids meal had two grapes and two completely brown apple slices. I would have sent them back if I hadn’t ordered takeout.
I usually enjoy Cubby’s but they seem to not care at all about take out orders and the food was sad and disappointing, and nowhere near worth the price.

Cubby’s is so good. I love the food! Unfortunately our experience was not great today. Many of the employees were just standing around and it took quite a while to get our food based on our previous experiences. Our food came out and my order was all wrong. I had to specify my food allergies while ordering and everything I asked them to hold was in it. I brought it back and they reluctantly made a new dish. No apology or anything. When they brought a new order it was still wrong despite me bringing my ticket with my order to make sure they knew what my order was. As I watched my husband bring my order back to get it fixed I watched employees behind the counter roll their eyes.I usually don’t care, but when it comes to my food allergies I couldn’t eat it. Good food but poor customer experience. :/

We were in around 730pm on Saturday, 8 November. The woman taking orders might have been new but she was definitely not fast. Every group of people was stuck talking with her for 2x longer than we would have expected.
The food was fine. Nothing special.
The dining area was filthy. Floors, tables all had trash on them. It looked like they hadn’t been swept for several hours. We do not plan on returning.

Everything was OK. We got the double Gypsy (3/5), tri-tip street tacos (3.5/5), rosemary fries (2/5), and the Hucklelala shake (5/5). The place is clean and the employees are professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t something that would have us returning, especially with so many alternatives in the area.
