Truck driver staying in the area and really wanted to get something more local.
Really glad I found this place.
Now my five stars for this food is after it even sitting in the bag with me going back to where I was parking for the night so it’s five stars after sitting I can’t imagine how crispy and tasty things must be when it’s fresh if you’re sitting outside eating.
I ordered large because well I want to have some leftovers and I certainly do The midnight sandwich delicious. Expertly seasoned all the meats were tender the cheese and the bread all excellent quality Loved it.
The Cuban hamburger I’ve never had anything quite like that. Kind of reminded me as if somebody took a very very tasty sloppy joe and made it into a hamburger and topped it with these amazingly crispy little tiny paper thin shoestring french fries. You could make a meal of just those.
The French fries even after sitting we’re still very crispy and in the middle very thick and you can tell you’re biting into real potato.
For the staff I came in everybody smiled and waved and I said bill for my order and they said yes I said thank you and they said thank you and I was out the door but everyone seemed pleasant and I think if I had eaten there I would have been treated very well.
Atmosphere it’s a simple little sandwich shop but if you have the time and it’s a nice day the dining area out front had a very nice breeze and it would have been wonderful to eat out there if I had time.
If I make it back down here again I’m definitely going back.

Really good food! Can’t beat the price I got the Cuban bowl with pork and was too hungry to take a picture before I ate it but it was delicious the plantains that come with them are chopped smalll which I love because you get more crunchy pieces. My bf got the media noche which was huge! Also really good and we got some steak bowls to go for our friends which I didn’t try but got this picture looks good to me!

I ordered a Pan con Bistec and I was so disappointed; what I got was Pan with shoestring fries and lettuce and tomato. I even asked the cashier in case they had forgotten to add a second layer of bistec (it was extremely thin!) and she confirmed my order- hopefully the owners will do an adjustment to this dish. Super disappointed!
Dear Owner- obviously $9+for 4oz. Super thin bistec- is just not right. It is extremely thin.
