Today I tried this food truck for the second time and was just as satisfied as the first. Carmen, is always friendly and cooks up some fantastic and fresh tacos on spot. I have tried others, this particular food truck pulled me back because the food was fresh, piping hot, and delicious. This establishment has now won my loyalty. One other fine service they provide, call ahead to order. Reason being, it takes some time to receive your food. This is only because, it is made fresh. So the next time I don’t feel like cooking after work and exhausted, I plan on calling ahead. Good job Carmen, thank you so much!!!!

I’ve only ever found great Cuban sandwiches in Miami until now. This food truck completely changed that. Their Cuban sandwich is easily one of the best I’ve ever had perfectly toasted, flavorful, and made just right every time. The service is friendly, and the food is always consistent. I’m really glad I found this spot!

The food truck look nice and tidy but (for my experince here) the food is not good. The meat has lots and lots of hard/fatty tissue and the tortillas were not even heated up! I bought 8 tacos which each one was $2.50 (total of $20) and ended up charging me $28! Never coming here again. So very disappointed!

My friend and I went to Ayah’s food truck Cubamex yesterday, August 29, 2024 for the very first time! They used to be located along del prado close by the gas station and coralwood shopping plaza, but they moved to pondella rd in n ft myers right next to kyle’s smoke shop! We each ordered their chicken street tacos, pupusas (their best seller), lumpia (fried egg rolls usually made with beef or pork), and pineapple juice. Being a filipina myself, I appreciated the different cultures and selections she had that you could choose from off the menu! Items included quesadillas, burritos, cuban sandwiches, sides, and many more! The price wasn’t bad either for what my friend and I each ordered.
We waited for about 15 minutes for everything and it was worth the wait! The food came out nicely cooked, piping hot, and was seasoned very well. Their chicken tacos were full of flavor especially when you added the salsa. I loved their salsa verde the most and the red salsa really came with a kick too (if you like spicy? It definitely is SPICY)! I asked for my pupusa to be made with beans and cheese along with the curtido on top and salsa rojo! The edges had a nice crisp to them and tasted delicious. Next time I’ll have to try the seasonal tamales whenever they have them in stock!
Please try the lumpia too if you want to try a filipino staple / appetizer! Filipinos will make them differently when it comes to what’s inside them, but I liked it! I can’t forget about the pineapple juice. That was THE BEST juice I’ve ever tried. It wasn’t too sweet which I loved and it was very refreshing. It was fresh and didn’t taste like it came out of a carton or can.
Ayah is a hardworking mom and friendly too! You can tell she wants to provide the best food / service to all her customers! Please come and support her and her family’s business! I promise it won’t disappoint! I will be coming back again! 10/10 all around!

Really good! I stop by and get food from here every now and then. I like the different flavors from different places. People working there are very nice and very friendly. I will definitely be stopping by again to try something new. There’s a lot to choose from on this little truck. ¡Muy bien!

Great Cuban/Mexican food truck. I ordered the Cuban bacon sandwich and it was very good. My wife ordered the chorizo burrito and said it was the most flavorful burrito she’s ever had. I’ll be a regular, for sure.

Ordered the steak sandwich and pupusas revuelta and both were delicious. I’ve had my share of pupusas, including in other states, and these are probably the best I’ve had; and the curtido was fiiiire! They’re definitely made with love and excellent quality ingredients.
