We are sister restaurant to CUBA CUBA in the golden triangle opened in 2001 as well as all CUBA CUBA’s located throughout Denver metro & Castle Rock. Cuba Cuba is one of my favorite restaurants in the Highlands Ranch area. The food is consistently delicious with bold, authentic flavors. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, which makes the experience even better. I also appreciate the wide variety on the menu, there’s something for everyone. It’s my go to spot for comfort food. Highly recommended!

Absolutely delicious and delightful! I loved the music, the atmosphere and especially the food. Service was amazing, AND the food was AFFORDABLE!! So much so that we got the lechon asado plate, the palomilla plate, 2 cortados and a soda, AND flan and it was just over $40! Can’t wait to go again….and would LOVE it if they would add one in Colorado Springs! Will eb going back every trip to Denver! ¡Muchisimas Gracias!

The restaurant was clean and tidy and there were very few patrons when we arrived, so we were able to sit and get waited on right away. The two waitresses that served us were very attentive and friendly. They also gave us legitimate opinions and recommendations when we asked.
The food was good and came quickly, but lacking a bit in flavor. Both of us agreed that it pretty much everything could’ve used some extra salt. Portion sizes were a little small, but probably closer to the amount that we should eat, anyway!
Overall, a pretty good experience. If we are in the area, we will likely stop in again.

Came here on a Saturday night and with the live band and amazing atmosphere, I will definitely be back. An order of Las Tostachas are a meal in themselves. The mojitos are on point and the sandwiches are delicious whether you are gluten free or not. Finally, the staff is warm and inviting making this a wonderful place to grab a meal or listen to some wonderful music

I really liked the veggie wrap here, but the last few times I’ve ordered it, there’s been virtually no black beans in it. A little bean cooking water and a couple beans. Disappointing. I’ll be switching to getting something with more beans (and veggies) for cheaper at Chipotle.

I have been there several times. Sometimes I like the food and other times I feel it is too dry. I do love the dessert plantains and th garlic fries! All of it is best fresh to eat in the restaurant rather than take out which may be why I haven’t looked it at times carryout. I prefer the pork sandwich to the chicken sandwich. I recently ordered the empanada, but it seemed like it was deep fried and too heavy with not enough stuffing – and the slaw which was excellent with unique spices and jalapenos.

So we went to Cuba Cuba a few nights ago and had a great time.
This location is stylish and cozy with a great atmosphere. For appetizers, we ordered the Ham Crockett’s, the manchego cheese and mushroom empandas, as well as the Cubano empandas. The croquettes were nicely done they were light in texture and well balanced. As for the empandas, they were both magnificently balanced in flavours and textures( both had different style wrapping, which complimented the fillings nicely), but the Cuban one was just a cut above the rest. It’s a refreshing presentation ( making a Cubano a tunover ) to a great classic. For dinner, we ordered the Ropa Vieja with tostones(fried plantains) along with rice and beans. We also ordered a Palomilla Steak with salda and tostones. Both dishes were superb and expertly rendered, the steak was soft and tastefulf and the Ropa Vieja was silky and complex. To drink, we had rum and cokes (Cuba Libres) with white Bacardi Rum, and they were excellent. And to finish it, all of we ordered Cuban sandwiches to go ! The sandwiches were just awesome!! Overall, it was a great meal at an awesome location. The staff is uber attentive, but the music is to die for! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for good Cuban food at great prices in an awesome venue.

I love this place! Their food and drinks are so good. I love their staff they are friendly and attentive!!!!! Definitely recommend anyone in the area to make this a must try. I’m such a foodie and this spot is my personal favorite when going out to eat. Oh and mojitos and margaritas are on point! I highly recommend this spot
