I think they moved from an older building in the same block. They were still doing some updates and minor construction in back but still open and had good seating outdoors. Cubano sandwich was as great as the ones I have had from Miami! The plantain chips and guacamole was great! They are savory and not sweet and very crispy! Not oily at all! Great spring day appetizer! Service was quick and friendly as well! Bathrooms are clean and they put up plastic on the doors so don’t let the slate door fool you it doesn’t actually see or hear out to the hallway just looks like a cabana. I will be back! Check Costco for gift cards! 100$ for 79$ last time I got them!

Cuban American restaurant with an interesting menu. As good as the Cuban Sandwiches are, the Lechon Asado plates are even better. The pork with onion is delicious and comes with black beans, rice and sweet plantains. The Flan for dessert is very good. There are several other good options on the menu.
Service is great here. It’s fast and efficient and the bartenders help out when the servers are busy. The inside decor is nice and there’s lively Latin music playing. The outside seating is great in good weather.
Parking at ground level can be tight during peak hours. There is an underground parking facility too though.

I placed an order for delivery to be delivered to my hotel room with specific instructions to knock on my room door. This was the worst experience possible.
1.) The food was late
2.) The food was very cold, including the coffee
3.) The food was left in the common area of the lobby by a drink station.
4.) Messages left on ordering number as well as restaurant number to rescind the driver’s tip since he/she did not deliver to me specifically.
It is totally unacceptable for the food to be cold; not cool, but refrigerator cold, (I have no way of heating, as the Hyatt Place has no microwaves in rooms) when the restaurant is LESS than one mile away.
I am from Miami and was looking forward to enjoying authentic Cuban food; according to the reviews. Disappointment doesn’t begin to describe how I feel about wasting my money and having to suffer and eat that garbage. DO NOT order delivery from here. At least dining in you can send cold food back! Will Not order again nor recommend this location.

Went out of our way to go here because the flan was good. But this location really killed any desire I have to go eat out at any of the Cuba Cuba locations. To start…. the waitress was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!… she was very impatient and cut us off while ordering, when she asked if we needed anything else she said ” IS THAT ALL?” And rolled her eyes. It was not late in the evening it was barely 530pm when we went in. So her impatient and rude behavior was really uncalled for.
Next…. the food was total trash!! I ordered Pollo ala Planch. And my chicken was horrific… it was paper thin, fried and obviously smashed on a grill so it would cook faster causing the paper thin slice of chicken to harden, and then served to me cold! The beans were thick and cold as ice! The tostones were cold and hard, my rice looked like it was from the day before or had been sitting out all day. I was scared to even say anything to the rude waitress because she really seemed like she didnt even want to serve us.
So sad… what a waste of money and poor representation of the food from my island . I will never return here.
Spend your money elsewhere. There is a taco joint next door…. we ended up paying the ridiculous prices for the trash we were served here at Cuba Cuba, and ended up buying tacos so we didnt starve during the hour and a half drive home.
Never again…pésimo servicio que pena. Do better!

It’s been a while since i’ve had a decent cubano and this certainly checked the box. I appreciate that they didn’t try to make their own spin on a classic and just do it the traditional way, and very well. Also tried the tostones, yuca frites and jalepeño slaw. The garlic mojo they use on the yuca and tostones is crazy good and both were crispy and delicious. Ask for a side of the aioli to dip them in. Highly recommend this spot.

I had a late-night dinner at Cuba Cuba Glendale about 30 minutes before closing, and I want to sincerely thank Fausto for his excellent service. Despite the late hour, Fausto took his time to take my order and made me feel appreciated. I enjoyed the empanada and Pescado — both were absolutely delicious! The drinks were also amazing — really refreshing and flavorful. Even though it was close to closing time, I truly appreciated that I wasn’t rushed and was treated with kindness and patience.
Big thanks to Fausto and the team for a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Service and food were amazing! Right off the bat staff welcomed us and were checking in with us frequently throughout the meal. Even when a rush came service was great. Food was spectacular! The Cuban sandwich and the fries were on point. You also can’t go wrong with the cafe con leche which taste amazing if you are into sweet coffee. Hope to be back soon and you won’t be disappointed.

** update*. Tried this place again and it was terrible!!!! Rotten lettuce no dressing and they charged over $8 for slaw that was mostly empty and even if it was full would be about a teaspoon. Never order to go from here.

The food was very good. The pork had a lot of garlic in it. The only thing I didn’t like was the yuca fries, but my mom liked them. The sauce they were in was good though. The flan was a little firmer then I was used to,, but it still had a good tast. Their prices are about average. The only place where they loosed points is that it was hard to get water refills and even though we told them they were out of toilet paper when we first got there, it still hadn’t been replenished by the time we got ready to leave.
