This was some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. It was a recommendation from a local and it did not disappoint. The portions were huge and everything was excellent. You have to try and volcan – which is like a superpowered tostada. For meats, I liked the carnitas and chicken tinga the best.

Stopped for lunch while passing through town. Very friendly and quick service. The carne asada burrito was one of the best I’ve had in Arizona. Not dripping with grease like most quick service Mexican food. I’ll make sure to stop by the next time I’m in Sedona.

After a full day exploring Sedona’s art galleries and scenic overlooks, this taco truck was the perfect way to wrap things up! We tried the birria, flautas, and tinga — everything was flavorful, authentic, and clearly made with care. The owner was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

While staying at the Wyndham resort, we found ourselves in need of a quick lunch—and lucky for us, a vibrant food truck was parked just a mile down the road, ready to save the day. From the moment we walked up, the team inside the truck was incredibly friendly and helpful, happily guiding us through their mouthwatering menu.
We went with tostadas piled high with flavorful Tinga chicken and a perfectly seasoned taco al pastor. As we waited for our food to be made fresh to order, we were treated to a stunning view of the mountains just across the street. The delicious aroma of sizzling meats and warm spices made the wait even more exciting.
Even after a 5 minute ride back to our resort, the food held up beautifully—still warm, flavorful, and absolutely satisfying. It was the ideal quick-stop meal: fast, friendly, and fantastically delicious.
Next time, I plan to be a little more adventurous—I’m eyeing the tacos de lengua or cabeza. If they’re anything like what we tried this time, I know I’m in for a treat!

I’d eat these tacos every day if I could. Only had the steak and al pastor tacos. Best in the area though. Beats the local restaurants.

Had the asada sope and pastor tostada… both delicious and sizable portions piled with meat. Look for the red food truck next to the Big O Tires parking lot. It’s a delicious small business to support and please leave a review so they can continue to grow.
