If you look at my reviews I am pretty fair on my accessment on the bars, bar-n-grill, restaurants and about everything that’s available. It’s 2026 and this place used to be Hogs and Dogs and Ronnie Frye owned this place a long damn time and he made a lot of friends along the way, myself included and I know for sure I have been going there 25 years or more. Ron and the girls and their girls it’s not too many people held on as long as Ron did and if you ask anyone who went to Hogs it was hit or miss. Personally I can say that I will miss that place because when I walk in to CJ’s the bartender says,”you can’t vape in here” not,”what are you drinking?” Nothing came,”there’s no vaping in here” trust me ask me what I want and I can explain it’s not a vape I want it’s a beer,”do you sell those?” I will say that the Busch Light on Friday night was so cold it was almost too cold and that’s not a thing so it was perfect. Bartender was okay afterwards but could use a xanax, whew or some of what she was serving.

Had a family get together. Had plenty of room for our group size. Some played pool while others greeted people they hadn’t seen in awhile.
