This was a nice change in our routine. You walk into a big open space with lots of action and an open kitchen. The atmosphere was great. Welcoming staff. We split the italian beef with provolone and au jus on the side. The initial bites were tasty but as we got futher into the sandwich, the meat was dry and seemed like it was sitting too long on the grill. We also ordered fries. those were tasty. Looking at the other options that our neighbors were eating, all their meals looked great.

I’ve been wanting to come here for a while. We’re so glad we did!! We were lucky enough to snag a smoked pastrami sandwich. IT WAS AMAZING! we also grabbed a Trifecta to go. OMG place is really cool. Reminds me of my college days hanging out at the trendy Northside spots in Chicago back in the late 90’s ❤️

Recommended by the Butcher Bake Shop. We stopped while touring the town. Very busy. Locals seem to love it. Our food was tasty. Sandwich was smaller than expected and smooshed because it comes wrapped up. The whole thing/set up was kind of confusing. There are no servers and it’s not real clear where to order and what’s available without wandering around a bit. I had to ask lots of questions. Staff was friendly though. I would go again.

This place is outstanding! Food and prices are great. I live 2.5 hours away but whenever I get anywhere near Rhinelander, this is my only choice to eat. Had a brisket sandwich with Tailgaiter soup (beer cheese with brats & onions). Highly highly recommend!!!

Stopped by the deli for the first time and ordered half brisket sandwich for myself and My wife ordered a caprese Panini. The brisket sandwich was excellent with just enough barbecue sauce on it to let the natural smoke flavoring of the meat shine through. My wife enjoyed her sandwiches well and thought it was one of the best she ever had. I will stop by again the next time we visit Rhinelander! Bravo Chef Tom!

Our group used the Community Room for a small gathering in late afternoon. Our experience was beyond expectations. Rhonda was amazing from start to finish. The room itself was lovely and spacious. We ordered a snack type buffet which filled a whole table, including fruit and veggie trays, dips, cheese and crackers and sliced wraps. All was so fresh. Water was set on all tables. The service was wonderful. No charge for the room and surprisingly low tab for all the food, which we got to bring home with complimentary containers. We would highly recommended CT’s for this type of gathering.

Edit: Tried out burger night. for the most part it was pretty good. Fries and chips were to salty but tolerable…. We have eaten here before, but decided to try their chicken wing night. It wasn’t to bad. We were leaving and hoping to order some sandwiches for our adult children but the kitchen closed at 6, It was disappointing and kind of early I thought. Staff was friendly.
