I’ve noticed recently when I’ve been there in the evening there are several winners left in the pull tab boxes. But when I go back the next day they have pulled all the boxes and put new full boxes in. That doesn’t seem right to do to your customers. Disappointed!

I drive far knowing and prepared to spend a lot of money on the pull tabs and the slots. But when I go back the next day and the boxes that I was playing in are gone and new one are full. They are clearly pulling them before they are sold out.

After reading other reviews of the Crystal tavern the wife and I decided to give it a shot. It’s true that you get free drinks if you’re gambling! They have a few 4 seat tables and possibly the most comfortable bar stools I’ve ever sat on. The only thing that I didn’t like about our experience was that our Jack and Cokes were extremely weak, like 1/2 of an ounce and served in a disposable cup. I guess that’s why the majority of the people there were drinking cans/bottles of beer.
Pull tabs + free drinks= fun! That is if you win. Worth a stop though.

We found that place after driving several small towns on a Friday night. We saw people outside having a good time, so we decided to stop. To our surprise, we were welcomed as we were regular customers. Good atmosphere, good prices, nice music, outstanding service, and friendly customers. We’ll definitely go back.

The bartender last night was extremely rude and had a very poor attitude!!!!!!!!! I will never spend another dollar of my hard earned money here. Not to mention, the slots are extremely tight. If you want to have a good night, grab a drink at any other bar!!!!!!!!!!!! Never support an establishment that promotes hate on its patrons. THE 3 BARTENDERS THAT WERE HERE LAST NIGHT CAN GET BENT!!!!!

Had lunch in Taylor’s Falls and cruised over the state line to St. Croix Falls. Crystal Tavern doesn’t look like much, but it was a quiet, cool respite from the heat. We stopped for a beer on August 2, 2022 and the bartender was warm, friendly and genuine. Just had one beer, played some pull tabs. They also have Heggies pizza, so yay for that! Plus a quality juke and some slot machines.
