Food could us improvement it was a different side of Mexican. I had the Chile Rellano plate it was deep fried in wonton & egg not bad but, different my wife had the chicken and beef enchilada not to good. Saffron rice is not Mexican. The service was good the Margarita were Ok. There was room for improvement.

I came here expecting the usual Mexican cantina food, but was absolutely blown away by this restaurant. The steak on my steak tacos was savory and the spread was very nice. The biggest takeaway was their tortilla chips though. I had to buy a bag it was so good. You don’t get clean tortilla chips that have this texture and is not saturated with salt like most grocery tortilla chips. 5/5.

The food and service were great. The front host picked us an amazing spot outside for us 2 to eat at. Our server was attentive and helpful. They had nice spots inside to sit at that we would have been happy to try. So glad we chose this place to have lunch. Found a parking spot right in front of their outside patio. We saw plenty of others having a great time and enjoying their food. Would highly recommend, and can’t wait to visit again the next time we’re in town.

I went with a group of six people on a Saturday night, and we were seated very quickly and everyone agreed that the food was great. I had the portobello spinach cheese enchiladas and they were very tasty, and the portion size was really large. In addition, the restaurant decor was really cute and the food was plated really nicely. I don’t think that anything was very spicy, which I didn’t mind, but if you’re looking for spicy Mexican food you won’t necessarily find it here. The only drawback is that it was pretty cold inside the restaurant, and the people at my table agreed. I’m not sure if there was just a draft at the table we were sitting at or if it was because we came in on a pretty cold day. Regardless, I’d still come here again if I were in the area.

My wife and I have regular date nights, and our favorite spot by far is Crystal Park Cantina. The menu is incredible—from the all-natural ingredients to the bold, outstanding flavors. We’ve had consistently amazing experiences every time we’ve been.
The atmosphere alone is worth the trip, from the beautiful landscaping as you walk up to the thoughtful décor throughout. This Manitou Springs gem is an absolute must.

Margaritas were delicious and the food was fantastic! We have been multiple times and every time is wonderful. Staff is friendly and service is efficient. Queso was the perfect texture, not too runny. I had a burrito as a bowl with the Verde and Roja sauces, it was so delicious. My husband had the portobello enchiladas and what he described the “best rice ever”. My son had the kids tacos and was very happy. We can’t wait to go back.
Pro tip: get tajin on your margarita rim

We are so happy we were introduced to this gem! We had a lovely evening on the patio. The servers were welcoming and efficient. The Cantina Cadillac margaritas were very good, and the Cara’s Bourbon Crush was deemed to be the best EVER. The chips, salsa, and queso were great starters, and our burritos were really flavorful and good-sized. You can get the burritos as a rice bowl instead of in a tortilla. The queso fundido should not be attempted as an entrée – but it made for some great leftovers! And of course we enjoyed seeing the deer browsing above the patio.
UPDATE: We’ve been here a number of times at this point. We always enjoy it, particularly when we can sit outside. Once we just stopped in for margaritas along with chips and salsa at the bar – great evening!

We just had lunch here and it was delicious! My burger was super juicy and the spicy mayo was so flavorful. I had the strawberry margarita but the raspberry flavor was the best! Definitely will come back

The best Huevos Rancheros in the Springs is served here. Not traditional Mexican, but plenty of tasty options. The queso fundido is absolutely worth the wait time to dip into that goldmine of a cheese dip. Not as friendly for GF, vegetarians, and vegans. Always packed, be prepared to wait as you cannot make a reservation. Service is and efficient. Decent amount of seating inside and out.
