First time experience here , upon entering the establishment the vibes were great and great people behind the counter from taking our order and the chef cooking the food . I ordered a smash burger and added beef bacon ( I love that this is an option as other restaurants do not carry beef bacon) and the Cajun fries are a must . My significant other also ordered a smash burger . The meat was cooked well and everything was made fresh and hot the bun was nice and toasted with a soft interior . Overall very good burger 10/10. We also got an order of the Nashville fries with beef and the beef was nice and tender and well seasoned it comes with a sauce on top which is a good compliment to the fries. I would recommend giving this place a try , I will def be coming back to try some more options .

Not a good experience at all , understaffed establishment only 2 people working cashier and cook , waited 40min for cold fries and old grease fried chicken, maybe the burgers are good , we will never know. And its never a good sign when you see the chef or cook out front chilling with Cx waiting for orders. I wanted this place to be good , WOULDN’T RECOMMEND

A fairly diverse menu. I chose the Mushroom Burger combo. Didn’t get to choose the cheese slice. Apart from the patty, some slices of mushroom, cheese and a liberal dousing of the sauce, there wasn’t any other trimming. Since I took the burger away to dine at nearby Lavonia Park, I couldn’t tell that fixings were available at a central self-service counter.
Burger joints are competitive. With Lent starting this week, the least management should do is to ensure that fish sandwiches are always available.

I am what you call a foodie I love eating food from all over the world in the month of April I decided to try Uzbekistan food I went to a restaurant in Plano because I didn’t know I had one nearby that made it until now I didn’t come for the burger LOL I came to try yet another Uzbekistan dish that said it could be Pakistan food not sure both countries make similar dishes anyhow at another restaurant I tried one type of Uzbekistan food at this restaurant I decided to try Beef Biryani I told the owner I’ve never ate it before so she gave me a sample to try to see if I like it not only did I like it I loved it OMG the flavor is good and it packs some heat but it’s not too spicy but it definitely has a kick I love loved it and I’ll be back for it again I didn’t know they only make it on the weekend but at least now I know when they make it and I know when to come back I used to come here occasionally when it was Meteor burger and hadn’t been here in years… I definitely won’t let more time to go in between eating this again thank you so much not only for the good food but your kindness and hospitality as well you are awesome I only leave reviews when I have really good service and love the food or when I have really bad service I think most people do that and I think a lot of people have liked what they make here and just haven’t posted about it ️ good food love the Beef Biryani thanks for making this foodie happy

Crystal Cafe kept the same decor as Meteor Burger down to the mini tvs on the right wall and the red light bulb. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms.
The staff on duty were very polite and fast. I came around noon and there were 2 guys. One was manning the register and the other was cooking.
I ordered the mushroom burger with an extra patty, loaded beef fries, and a masala chai tea. It was a lot of food. The tea was good, not too sweet, and you can taste the spices they used. The loaded fries were delicious. The zinger seasoning they used was salty, sweet, a hint spicy. The house sauce was a creamy mayo aioli like sauce. The fries were crispy, and the beef was a chopped up beef patty with the zinger seasoning. Now the burger. It was juicy and messy! Reminds me of how Meteor Burger burgers would drip on the first bite. The BBQ sauce was a nice addition. The mushrooms were savory as well. I wish the bun was toasted more but it was still tasty.
Definitely will be coming back to try their different sandwiches and sides.

A few of our friends recommended this spot and we were NOT disappointed! Such a cute diner vibe and fun ambience. Their food and service were both 10/10. Prices were very reasonable, especially compared to other burger joints in the DFW area. We tried their smashburger, the sooner onion burger, a kids burger meal and the malai chicken roll. SO BOMB! Everything was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. My husband said their mango lassi was one of the best he’s ever had and our son absolutely loved the vanilla shake. We will definitely be back soon!

Tried it today for the first time. It’s more a burger place than a cafe but the food was excellent. High quality ingredients and good flavor! Had the double cheeseburger and fries. Burger was perfectly cooked and fries were both crunchy and soft. Definitely will be back!
