First let me say that this isn’t my account, I’m using my mans account bec I can’t log out . 2nd the service is absolutely terrible the lady who works there is EXTREMELY rude & acts like I just killed her day bec I ordered some food from her, WHICH IS HER JOB. 3rd of all the food is TERRIBLE. It tasted like it was 3 days old. Horrible . Never again. I’ll starve til I get home next time.

The chick in the front who looks like Natalie Nunn, I think her name was Eve, is suuuper rude. Knowing there’s a long line she’s standing up there chatting with some friends. Then she walked away without even saying anything to the next person on line. Then proceeded to give an attitude while taking the order. We were trying to order and she was texting and wasn’t paying attention to what I said. Then when she repeated the order it wasn’t at all what I said lol. Way to live up to the Paterson stereotype. What a shame.

The food wasn’t horrible but it might as well be with their customer service. Absolutely awful. Extremely rude staff they act like a customer isn’t right there infront of them. The white girl at the register was making out with her boyfriend right infront of me while trying to order, I knew I should’ve left right there and then. I order a buffalo chicken sandwhich and I get treated with a single chicken tender covered in buffalo sauce on a 12 inch sandwhich. looks like everything was literally thrown into a piece of bread. I sat down at 5:20 looking at their hours they close at 6, so I politely ask the dark skin girl if It’s still available to sit down knowing I could, seeing there was customers still sitting down. She rolled at her eyes at me and said “no” with such attitude that it didn’t even wanna make me eat their food. Please I’m typing this for the sake of other customers get better staff! The quality can easily improve with the quality of peopme.

Never order from this place again. Food is extremely cold and disgusting. My wife order from this place and it took them almost 2 hours to deliver. When the food finally arrive, it was cold and we were missing two orders. My wife immediately call the place back to ask to speak to the manager and was told he step out for a second. However, she the person that answer the phone start talking in Spanish to her manager about our order not knowing that my wife is hispanic and speaks and understand Spanish. Long story short, we end up throwing out $30 worth of food. I wish could give this restaurant no stars because I would. Just disgusting and unprofessional.

I went recently and all seemed to be fine. Until I noticed someone vaping only to find out it was an employee. Later on they got our order mixed up, which is fine it happens. We ordered buffalo wings and they brought barbecue. When they went to go fix it they bought the wings back and at first glance they looked a little dark. When we tasted them it was obvious that they just coated the buffalo sauce on top of the wings that they had already made. Im not expecting the world here but the very least some decent service. Ive been here countless times before and havent had a problem till now. Im assuming its because of the new workers.

I waited half an for a pepperoni pizza, for them to give it to someone else. A very tall Hispanic woman with glasses, gave me attitude about it. It was not my fault that she would rather talk to her friends by beverages, and couldn’t control her child. I just wanted the pizza that I paid for. Then kept rolling her eyes when I wanted a refund. Never again am I coming back with my children here. The gentleman who work there were great but not the women there. The food is great but this place needs hospitality. I’ll miss eating my Cesar Salad here.

The food is really good! They have new owner’s since the pandemic and now they not only have Italian food but now they have Peruvian food as well. Very good chicken Caesar Salad and the Chaufa and Lomo is great as well pizza was great as well and my kids love the Philly cheesesteak.
