We stop here for coffee, cookies, bread (baked fresh and they will slice) and pastry! Looking forward to trying their sandwiches. Located in the old creamery building on the hill off Sims Way in Port Townsend. Sweet stop with cafe tables and WiFi, as well as local pottery for sale.

I’m in heaven. Wow, my first bite out of my focaccia treat was just that, a wonderful treat for my taste buds. Then I spotted the jalapeño and cheddar boule. I bought it for a treat for my wonderful son-in-law. I’ll let you know how he likes it. Heading for the door I saw a garlic and rosemary boule. Of course I brought it home with me. Wonderful service and friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back.

Crumb Bakery is offering a special kind of baked good. Almost everything they make is sourdough, even their delicious cookies! Wha!?! Also, their gluten-free bread is actually good! In fact, they offer quite a few gluten-free options, all quite good.
The sourdough honey and oat loaf has made delicious sandwiches this week. And the Swedish Cearm Puff was a special treat for my mom.
They started as a bakery at the Farmer’s Market, and then they took a chance and committed their business to a brick-and-mortor. I know things have been hard enough in the last couple of months (it’s now Sept. 2023) that the owners put out a plea on social media, letting people know that they would have to close if they didn’t have more business. I hope that many people discover them and that Crumb Bakery stays open as a wonderful local sourdough bakery for years to come!

We were passing through Port Townsend after camping in the Ho Rainforest and happened upon Tiffany’s Sourdough bakery on our way to the Ferry. The cardamon buns are incredible. They’re fluffy, delightfully sticky buns with the perfect amount of sweet. Also delectable were the peanut butter cookie and the ham and Swiss rolls. Legit! Do yourself a favor and make this stop if you’re rolling through. There could not be a better use of your dollars than to support this wonderful bakery. I’m now sitting in the ferry line starring down at this empty box wishing I had picked up a few more cardamom buns!

We were so excited to see that they make pumpernickel rye bread when we spotted one boule left and grabbed it like it was gold. Couldn’t wait to get home and taste it. In short: IT WAS WONDERFUL. Thank you so much for making our favorite bread. It’s so hard to find here in the PNW.

We got nearly one of everything and it’s all delicious! Especially recommend the fluffy cardamom muffin type pastry and the snicker doodles. Brian provided the friendliest service maybe ever, what a delightful human who’s clearly passionate about this establishment. Will certainly be back on my next visit to the PNW!
