Crust Wood Fired Pizza delivers on great pizza—but what really sets it apart is the incredible customer service. The wood-fired pizzas are consistently delicious, with perfectly cooked crusts and well-balanced toppings that make every bite satisfying.
But beyond the food, the staff truly shines. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they make you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. It’s the kind of place where good pizza becomes a great experience because of the people behind it. Absolutely worth coming back for—again and again.

great food! unfortunately, the service was not great… or even good. we waited 20+ minutes to be seated, which was okay because they were busy. then, we waited another 20 minutes for any server to even acknowledge us. the table next to us was seated well after us and got their food a bit before us. our server never came to check on us or refill our waters. i’ve never seen a busy restaurant with two servers on staff and one of them working at the bar.

I ordered two pizzas Uber Eats. Order placed at 5:12pm and got to me at 6:10pm which is fine and expected.
Pizza was cold, very cold, no napkins and not double cut like I submitted in my order request. Stuck in a hotel with no way to heat it up, I called and spoke with Dave from Crust Wood Fired Pizza and shared my story. He put me on hold and told me to submit for a refund on Uber Eats because he sees my order was ready at 5:00pm. I reminded him, I did not even place the order until 5:12pm to which he responded my two pizzas were ready at 5:15pm. I laughed and asked, they can make pizzas in 3 minutes? I respectfully let him know it was cold, no napkins and not sliced as requested and he again told me to submit for a refund on Uber Eats not taking ownership of a single thing prior to the driver picking it up. He literally responded, “not my fault man.” I went ahead and let him off the hook knowing he already danced and lied. Soooo….here is one of the 3 bad reviews I’ve ever done (see my profile) I love lifting businesses up but this just sucks and I don’t want anyone else to experience it.
By the way…$65.00 for two small pies. Stand by…there is a reason this place will bust shortly.

We got the Chicken Bacon Pizza and the Braised Short Rid Cavatelli last night. The pizza crust and red sauce were perfect, how ever we felt the amount of toppings were just too many flavors all at once. The Cavatelli was good but lacked salt and flavor, just a bit too bland. We will come again but will choose a much simpler pizza and pasta because the sauce was extremely good and looking forward to enjoying a classic meatball and spaghetti in that sauce.

Great, casual place for Italian food. The ingredients are fresh and full of flavor. We had the Antipasto and Korean BBQ wings. The wings were sooo good. Then we all had wood fired pizzas and we all liked our pizza except for one who said his was bland. Otherwise, great food. The restaurant itself is pretty small and parking can be an issue. There is a gravel parking on the side of the complex so save yourself some time circling the parking lot and head there 1st.

Good food and solid atmosphere. I wish they put more cheese towards the crust, because there’s quite a lot of crust. I mean, the name of the restaurant is Crust, but they don’t have to give you extra crust just to live up to the name. It wouldn’t be hard to add just a little bit more cheese towards the edges, and then it would be one of my favorite pizza places. Definitely good piazza and salad, and I’d eat there again. The waiter definitely could’ve been a little bit more attentive as well, but definitely wasn’t bad service. Pretty average service, but nothing that stood out as good or bad.

A local place we discovered after a long day of walking in Charleston. We wanted pizza and looked up and soo glad we found this gem. The pizza was delicious. We got salads and it was very generous. Loved the atmosphere…including fresh flowers on the tables. Love supporting local.

Our family was happy with our pizza experience in this restaurant. Crunchy, thin crust pizza. Novelty toppings. Suggest add balsamic glaze to mushroom and sausage pizza for extra pop. The biggest hurdle was finding parking in this small plaza.
