When you walk in, you smell the kitchen and it immediately makes your appetite grown. It smells amazing in the restaurant. All the sandwiches sounded good, but I got the pastrami since that is the most popular.
It was packed with a ton of meat ontop of their fresh sourdough. It had a unique sauce to it that made the sandwich taste unlike any other.
I want to come back soon to get another sandwich, and try a new one too! I also want to mention the Lemon Cookie was incredible. I will be ordering a bunch of those for the holiday party.

We love that there is a Crust in Pleasanton, after enjoying the one in Milpitas for so long. The sandwiches are hearty, healthy, and delicious. The location itself is clean and the staff were friendly. Our favorites include the Italian and the Chipotle chicken. Get a cookie too!

This place serves some of the best subs I’ve had recently. I enjoy stopping by during my lunch break to get the pesto chicken sub. The bread tastes incredibly fresh from the first bite. While it’s a bit pricey, the quality and value make it well worth it.

It’s a mediocre cafe, better than nothing. I ordered quinoa greens salad it came with puréed avocados expected to have sliced fresh avos and the dressing was below average. Asked for chopped bacon, they only have bacon bits that I declined, adding a side of chicken was $5.50 on top of $13 salad. I would pay the extra if it was worth it

A quiet, friendly cafe located in an unassuming corporate building, but with the most delicious fresh sourdough sandwiches! We sat outdoors on the tree lined patio munching on huge sandwiches— I had the French dip, which had the perfect blend of bacon jam on top melted with creamy Swiss. Hearty meat, and salty au jus. My bestie had a pastrami that she is still working through. We are both very, very happy.

The sourdough bread is good but for the prices, it is pretty limited on the sandwich elements. The pictures posted are misleading. I got the chicken pesto and there is one slice of chicken and one slice of cheese. It is mostly bread that you are getting. There’s potential if they improve but I would definitely pick sourdough & Co. over here.

The best sandwich I’ve had in the Tri-Valley area so far. The sourdough bread is made to perfection with a thin crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. Highly recommend “The Premier Sandwich,” will definitely be back.
