Had a nice dinner here on 12/9/25 for a business meeting. Staff was very friendly and very good follow up at our table which is rare sadly to say at most restaurants these days. I had the chicken Francese and for apps we had garlic knots, bacon wrapped shrimp, and the meatballs as a group of 8. I’ll be heading back to the Gilbert area in a few months and look forward to trying this place again so if your in the area, check em out

Such a nice gem in Cooley Station. The ambiance was nice. The staff was nice and informative.
We started the night out with some Whipped ricotta which I highly suggest trying.
Some other dishes we tried were the chopped salad, the salmon and the Stromboli. All were amazing!

The entire experience from the hostess/seating to the ordering/dining was excellent. Our server was fantastic and not only made great recommendations, but checked in at the right times, refilled drinks perfectly, and just made us feel comfortable.
We had the Short Rib pasta and the Linguine and clams. Both were excellent. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

First time coming to Crust, Our reservation was for 5:15 And they sat us right away, this place was crowded so if you’re coming here, I recommend making reservations, Our waitress Natalie, who by the way is amazing and awesome always checking on us and always with a smile on her face thank you, Natalie, We started off the fried Calamari And a couple of margarita drinks from the happy hour these drinks were delicious, ordered some garlic knots, My girlfriend had the eggplant parmigiana. I ordered the spicy rigatoni sausage. These were delicious. At one point, my girlfriend says that the
eggplant is better than mine. I don’t understand that but OK., So if you’re in the area, I recommend this place for a nice meal and if you’re not drive over you’ll love it.

Caught the lunch menu (11-3 on weekdays) and the food was amazing. I had the chicken parm sandwich and my daughter had the pizza slice and Caesar salad. We both tried everything and there are zero complaints. I’m also not usually an appetizer guy, but the spicy garlic knots sounded good. DO NOT SKIP THESE. So freaking good. Large portions, so be ready for that, but the food is delicious and service was fantastic.

This is a cute place, great atmosphere great service. Calamari was very good and fresh. Prices are kinda high , pasta was a specific price had to add meat another $8 bucks. My pasta was too much tomato sauce I thought it was cherry tomatoes and olive oil garlic but nope. Wasn’t fond of there rolls kinda heavy. Husband loved his seafood pasta and had great flavor! My ice tea was amazing.

My first time here. We went for Mother’s Day. It was extremely hot and we ate outside. Our food was delicious and as we went to pay. Our waitress told us Mom’s eat free for Mother’s day. What a surprise. Thank you Crust so much.

This is my second time at Crust Simply Italian, but my first time at this location. This location has outdoor seating with mist sprayed to keep it cool when it’s hot. There is a bar located in the middle inside the restaurant. When you walk in they will seat you. The day that I went it was not very busy but it can’t get busy on the weekends and I do recommend making reservations if you have a big party. I really loved my server. Her name was Natalie and she was very attentive. When I was hesitant about the wine I wanted, she brought me some samples to help me make a decision. I really wanted penne a la vodka sauce but the sauce has pork in it. I opted to get the Penne a la Scottsdale. This was a very light dish. I wanted to try something different as I tried the di mare with linguine last time. I actually went for dessert. I tried their warm butter cake with a shot of ice cream. This was really good. I’m not a big fan of desserts but this was worth trying and a family favorite. Lol it was a great experience. The staff was nice and friendly and professional. The answer to my questions and we’re very helpful. The bathrooms were pretty clean. There is plenty of parking outside. I definitely recommend coming here since they have a happy hour but that dessert is delicious!.

I have only gotten the meat calzone here because it is the best one in the valley. Judging by the crust I really need to try the pizza as well. The major thing that keeps bringing me back is the dessert of all things. Warm Butter Cake with topped with vanilla bean ice cream. I’m not a big dessert guy but this stuff is like crack to me.
Going to be hard not to order the calzone next time but will do it just for a review. Service has always been 5 stars, Atmosphere is 5 stars, location in DT Chandler is awesome but parking can be difficult there. This is a must go to place. I call places like this “repeat for me place” There are so many choices to eat in AZ but so few I would go to again and again.
