We went over for the pre-opening/soft opening as a group of several families and had an incredible experience! The staff were super friendly and excited to have us in. The food was phenomenal! And the atmosphere out on the patio was great.
My wife and I got the Mr. Potato Head because we thought it sounded interesting to put potatoes on a pizza… but oh man, it was delicious! We thought it was hands down the best pizza we tried after sampling a few others from our friends. The other pizzas were tasty and looked nice as they came out.
One thing worth noting is how much my kids LOVED the pizza dough balls they got instead of a little coloring page and crayons. They had a blast playing with the balls and pretending to make pizza. A huge hit for sure.
Definitely a great night out!

Probably over staffed for the opening, but they were working hard and checked on us several times. Not sure why you need my first and last name to take a pizza order, is that normal?
The pizza was pretty good, thin crust is the standard, so if you don’t like that, order a different crust. We ordered 3 different pizzas and the cinnamon dessert pizza. All were pretty good.
Crust is separated from the HEB parking lot by a low fence, seems unnecessary and a little confusing

We’ve already been twice during their first week open at Crust Pizza! Our weekday visit had quick service and very good pizza. The staff was especially kind and attentive — they brought a coloring sheet for my toddler and were quick to check on us. Even though drinks are self-serve, they still offered to refill mine. Such great service.
We came back over the weekend so our older kids could try it, and now our kids says it’s their favorite pizza place! They loved sitting outside and playing.
Service was a little slower on the weekend, but that’s totally understandable for a brand-new spot. Overall, we’re excited to have Crust in the neighborhood and will definitely be back!

Crust Pizza Jordan Ranch absolutely nailed it. The food was great – fresh, and clearly made with care. The restaurant itself was spotless, well-organized, and had a welcoming, comfortable vibe.
What really stood out, though, was the service. You can tell the team is intentional about taking care of their customers and delivering a top-tier experience. They weren’t just going through the motions, they were engaged, attentive, and genuinely committed to getting it right.
10 out of 10. We’re genuinely excited to have this spot just a short walk from our home. This will absolutely become a regular go-to for us. Highly recommend!!!

Stopped by the other night with my wife. We ordered pizza, wine and appetizers. The appetizers came out pretty quickly and were good. Unfortunately, our pizza never came. After waiting almost 40 minutes and noticing other customers who came after us were receiving faster service, we walked to the front and politely requested the manager.
Not sure if he was just overwhelmed or what, but the manager on-duty didn’t seem concerned or apologetic at all for our bad experience. His only response was “We’re swamped”. At that point we asked the cashier for a refund, which was handled by a different staff member. She handled it much more professionally, apologizing repeatedly and taking ownership of the issue.
Hopefully they will work out the kinks with the service as this place has a lot of potential.

Wait time inside is ridiculous. It’s not hard to stop accepting online orders & prioritize guest dine ins. The owners here are awful & rude & want to make a quick buck instead of having respect for themselves, their business and their employees. There’s certain guests that companies should not want as patrons and this place doesn’t care… never coming here again.
