Quality is very important at Crust, so there are some things we do differently that set us apart. All of our cheeses are shredded from block form in each location daily; our cheese never comes pre-shredded in a bag. Our dough is made fresh in house at each location multiple times throughout the day.

We’ve been here two times for the buffet and both times very disappointed. Selection is not there, nor is the taste. Unfortunately the pizzas are just dried out and again poor selection. We got here at 1pm today, there was one table of one guy sitting inside, and a table with two ladies outside. Definitely not a good sign. The pizza choices were pepperoni, cheese and Hawaiian. The Hawaiian is so dried out, I took one bite and gave up on it. The pasta (ravioli with creamy tomato sauce) is good, and was hot. Luckily they put out a few more pizzas (after a boss came in and took a look at the offerings and probably knew what was up there was dead) the pizzas are definitely better fresh, they need to increase the sauce level if they don’t plan on providing fresh pizzas sooner. Not enough sauce is bad enough, not enough sauce on pizzas that sit under a heat lamp is just a recipe for disaster. Not gonna lie, the highlight was the fried dough dessert.

We normally get good pizza from this location. We just received a delivery order and the Madelyn’s Alfredo pizza we received had very little chicken and it was thinner than lunch meat and burnt around the edges. It looks like they ran out of chicken and used buddig lunchmeat instead.
When I called to complain they offered to replace the pizza but only if I picked it up. Kind of defeats the purpose of delivery. Will not be ordering from here again

Went with a group for lunch and ordered the pizza lunch special. Everything came quickly and I realized my pizza had was incorrect. It had jalapeños instead of Canadian bacon. Since I like jalapeños, I said it was fine and starting my pizza. They were willing to make me another pizza but I was totally fine with the one they gave me. Right before we left they brought me the correct pizza to take with me. The staff was so nice and I would have never expected the extra pizza. Great job Crust!!

Finally dining at Crusted Pizza, I couldn’t have chosen better than the Big Don’s Meat & Cheese, topped off with added pineapple! The pizza arrived beautifully presented, hot, and loaded with generous toppings. Every bite was packed with bold, savory flavor, perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the pineapple. Absolutely outstanding from first look to last slice!

Only bad experience we had a few weeks ago, was a big roach crawling up on my husband’s t-shirt… we told the server to which she replied that they had just had pest control come in a day or two before…
This won’t stop us from going back, I’m pretty sure it won’t happen again, hopefully.

Obsessed – pick up is fab, but really drop in and stay for a meal to appreciate this location. Price is completely right; for the same price of 2 kids meals and a salad+drink at Chick-fil-A, we had a restaurant experience, and I could enjoy a glass of wine. The staff are all dolls, so thoughtful and happy to assist – Noralee was particularly thoughtful with checking on us throughout the meal. Excited to become a regular here

The food here is actually really good, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the manager completely ruined it. They were rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about customer concerns. Instead of trying to help, they acted annoyed and unprofessional, which made the whole situation uncomfortable. It’s a shame because the kitchen is doing a great job, but management seriously needs improvement. I’d only come back for takeout—definitely not for the service.
