First time going, this place has been around for many many years. If you don’t like pizza crust, this is your place. We went for the lunch buffet to try the different choices of pizza. My husband can throw down pizza and he liked it. I got the Greek Salad and tried a tiny piece of a couple slices of his pizza. This is not my kind of pizza. For me it was cheap tasting, uninspired, with a cracker crust – like eating cheese on a cracker. The sauce wasn’t flavorful and the pepperoni wasn’t tasty. The BBQ chicken pizza had an off flavor to me. Notice how I say to me. I like a good Neapolitan pizza, with a hand tossed crust bursting with flavor. This is not that kind of place and that’s okay. There were a lot of people there that seemed to love the food. I was glad I tried it. Our server was very nice and attentive.

Awesome thin crust! Love the sauce with a lil kick. The lunch buffet had four different kinds of pizza. Our server was attentive. Decorations were fun as well and reminded me of Little Five Points. Definitely a place to visit when we come back to Chattanooga.

We’ve been coming to this Crust location for a decade and have watched staff come and go, but what hasn’t changed is consistently good food. Wait times will vary depending on staffing, but if you can come in to socialize with your fellow humans (IF you have littles this is a great place for Eye Spy!) instead of following a clock you’ll have a true local experience.
While they may occasionally experience staff shortages the servers that are there have always been phenomenal! We’ve had several regulars over the years.
Our family always orders the cheese bread to start with some ice cold root beer for the kids, a cold brew for dad, and a cider or seltzer for mom. The quad size pizza is perfect for one. Or get a few appetizers (the hummus is spicy but so flavorful) and split a quad on a date nights. If by some miracle your family all agrees on the same toppings, they have full size pizzas available too!
Make sure you check out all the decor and don’t forget to peek at a few other tabletops while you are visiting! Maybe say hi while you’re at it!

I want to take a moment to comment on this particular style of pizza. It’s not your typical New York, Connecticut, or New Jersey thin crust. The crust here is unique—and to me, very enjoyable. The toppings are flavorful, the seasoning is spot-on, and the atmosphere adds to the experience with calming vibes and classic rock from the ’80s and ’90s.
I’m genuinely looking forward to going back. I’m only sharing this because I saw someone criticize the style of their pizza, and it’s important to understand what this place offers. Most independent pizzerias don’t give you a lineup of crust options like big commercial chains such as Domino’s, Papa John’s, or Little Caesars.
So just to be clear: this is a thin crust, but it’s not Detroit style, not Chicago deep dish, not Chicago tavern, not Buffalo, not New York, not Sicilian, not New Haven, and not Greek. Get that out of your head.
What they do serve is their own style—and I’m very happy with what I had

We have loved their pizza for a long time but recently tried some of their pasta dishes. Every single one we’ve tried so far has been quite delicious. Now we’re not sure whether we want to order their pizza or their pasta.

To start, most tables and various areas filthy. Seems they need staffing. Long wait, ordered sausage on the pizza and got none, just peppers. Was asked if we wanted parmesean and red pepper flakes, said yes, never got any. After nearly an hour of poor service, had to go in a hurry, tried going up to server to pay at register and was told no and to wait at the table only to wait another 5 minutes until she got to us. Would not recommend this location; very disappointing. Would compare what was recieved to a frozen pizza. Many better options around!

First time there. Food was delicious. Appreciated that all of the ingredients were very fresh. The salad dressing is all made in house and that was delicious as well. Fun 70s/80s type laid-back atmosphere. Friendly service. Will definitely go back.

Over $30 for a 12 inch cheese pizza and one pasta (missing main ingredients)! Mushrooms and onion in their baked alfredo and baked spaghetti? NOPE!!!! I called to let them know, but the “only option” was to drive the messed up pasta all the way back for them to remake it! I tipped even when I picked up this overpriced, wrong order! Do better, Crust!!!

I used to love coming in here with my kids. I tried to come back and there’s always some person named Cole in there screaming at people. They are yelling at customers in the restaurant, yelling at coworkers, or yelling at someone on the phone. I cannot enjoy my meal whenever there is a hostile environment like that. It’s sad because I really had some good memories there. I guess it will end up closing just like sofa king. When I asked about sofa king they said they sent the bad employees there, I guess that’s why it failed and now they don’t have anywhere for the bad employees to go.

This place has the best pizza. We found them online and were not disappointed. Very chilled atmosphere and easily accessible location. The staff was helpful in our dinner selections and very attentive. We will visit again when we are in the area.
