Best Caesar dressing I’ve had except for my mother’s so I guess it’s the second best, but that’s still saying something. I called and asked if they could do a pizza crust and corresponding pie with no salt. The person who answered said yes, since they make their own dough. I knew they make their own dough which is why I called them. I keep my sodium intake low at about 2000mg a day. So pizza is hard to find. Anyway I began to make my toppings order- low sodium so it has to be veggies. In the middle of the order the girl passes the phone to a guy who asks “is this a prank call are you kidding?” No sir I’m not kidding. But he said they can’t do it . Well why was the girl taking my order? His attitude was condescending at best. I did not appreciate his marginalizing my request. If you are in the food business you should recognize people may have special tastes and requests. Respect is essential. Not good customer service.

The food is amazing and I am grateful to have them in Asia Town after most restaurants like Tastebuds closed. They have amazing fresh food for an incredible price. I have had the pasta, chicken salad and a slice of pizza that was bigger than my head. I am grateful for the quality of food they are making and how great it tastes.

Great food and an asset to the neighborhood. Whether it’s their pizza (white sauce and pepperoni is my go to) or their chicken Caesar salad (no tomatoes extra croutons) I love their food. All my coworkers are always getting colds and coughs, I attribute my robust constitution to Crust’s nutritional content. A slice a day keeps the seasonal viruses away.
