Crust & Craft is an absolute gem in Winston-Salem. Fantastic atmosphere, great location, and a wide variety on the menu that truly has something for everyone. You can tell it’s family-owned and operated, because there’s pride in every detail.
I had the bruschetta and had to try a couple of their pizzas, both were outstanding. Fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and cooked perfectly.
They also have a wonderful selection of wine and craft beers that pair beautifully with the food.
As someone who works in wholesale food distribution with US Foods, I’m around restaurants and product quality every single day. I can honestly say this place delivers. Highly recommend.

We had a best experience at Crust and Craft pizza restaurant yesterday. We ordered most of vegetarian pizzas on the menu Rosa Pizza, Tomatino Pizza, Indian tandoori paneer pizza and customized veg pizza . The pizza had a perfectly crispy crust, fresh tomato sauce and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff were super friendly and the place had a good ambiance and welcoming vibe. It’s definitely worth checking out if you love to try to different pizza flavors. Looking forward to going back and trying more from the menu!

The interior ambience is magical—bright, cozy, and classy. With so many unique selections on the menu, we were spoilt for choice.
We settled on three different pizzas, and to say they were “delicious” would be an understatement. The crust was the perfect balance of chewy and crispy, topped with fresh ingredients and excellent cheese, all baked in a wood-fired oven that infused a beautiful smoky flavor.
The Cajun wings were astoundingly delicious, and the bar is well-stocked with a great variety of ales and lagers (the Milk Stout was a personal favorite).
We were looked after by Judy, who was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Thank you Judy.
To top it all off, the Campfire Cookie dessert—a giant chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream—is a must-order.
We’re hooked and can’t wait to go back!

We had such a great experience at Crust and Craft! Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing. The bruschetta was fresh and flavorful, the cauliflower pizza was perfectly crisp with the best texture, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. You can really tell they care about quality ingredients and presentation.

We went today for the Taco Supreme pizza. Sadly, the WS location doesn’t have it in the menu. Many reviews say it is the best pizza they have…

Food was amazing. Way better than Brixxs. The pizzas are bigger and a thinner crust, but still crispy. Love the new pizza options. The stinger was awesome. The wings were amazing!!
