This was out first time visiting Crust and Craft and I am so happy to have found it(especially because Grandpa Mac where I used to get gluten free & dairy free options is going out of business) The gluten free crust must be made in house because it was excellent and they used just the right amount of dairy free cheese. I also like that they didn’t use a ton of tomato sauce! The food came out so quick, especially the Brussels sprouts we ordered as an appetizer!

This was THE BEST gluten free pizza! Absolutely delicious…sauce had the right blend of spices, the dollops of ricotta were so creamy and the crust was to die for (probably made with GF caputo flour). A couple next to us said they drove an hour to eat their GF pizza! Well done Crust & Craft – #Mile20Podcast would go back to Rehoboth for this pizza!

My husband and I were excited to try Crust and Craft after reading so many glowing reviews—unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. We ordered the Tempura Cauliflower, the Queen Pizza, and The Killer Bee Pizza. While the flavor combinations and ingredients were fresh and promising, the execution, particularly in terms of cooking, left a lot to be desired.

The Tempura Cauliflower had a delicious sweet heat from the honey-glaze, and jalapeños, and the tempura coating was nicely crispy. However, the cooking was inconsistent—while the smaller pieces were cooked perfectly, the larger ones had the unmistakable crunch and flavor of raw cauliflower, which really detracted from the dish.

The Killer Bee, a pan-style square pizza, was the standout of the night. The balance of hot honey, ricotta, and chili created a unique and flavorful bite that we both enjoyed.

The most disappointing item, sadly, was the Queen Pizza. Despite the use of fresh ingredients, the pizza was extremely soggy, making for a very unpleasant texture overall.

We really wanted to love this place, and there’s clear potential here, especially with the creativity of the menu. But unfortunately, the inconsistent preparation made this visit underwhelming.

Our first time eating at Crust & Craft was fantastic!

Our server, Luke D., was attentive, friendly and even let my mother know the chilis on the Roni/pepperoni pizza were especially hot so he’d bring them on the side just in case, which was very thoughtful.

For $76 without tip included we had the Roni pizza, Fungi pizza with pepperoni added, Sweet dreams pizza, mozzarella sticks, pineapple upside down cake and one soda. Very fair price for a ton of delicious food! The mozzarella sticks were, hands down, the BEST we’d ever had. The pizzas were generous sizes and we all had leftovers to take home. I’m not a huge pizza fan but they Sweet Dreams is something I will absolutely come back for! The pizzas were excellent; we all loved them.

The restaurant is nicely decorated and may be a little tight when it’s busy, but it is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Parking at Midway can be tough but there are parking lots nearby that are about a minute walk away. The restaurant does not take reservations but we were seated right away.

Crust & Craft, see you again soon!

The restaurant manager is 100% unqualified for the job and unprofessional.
The pizza was very salty; we only ate half a slice and found it too salty. I asked for the check and paid the bill. The bartender was nice and said he would inform the manager, and I told him it was no problem. However, I noticed that the manager, even though I didn’t mind about the check, ignored us and also ignored the bartender. He did not come to us or apologize for this.

Stopped in at Crust & Craft with some friends last night. The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly. The Grandma pie and the Goodfella were perfect. The restaurant wasn’t too busy. Food came out pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good pizza night out.

Gluten free friends, this is the place for good old fashioned pizza (gluten free)! Also had a delicious cocktail! Basil lemon spritz! Refreshing, great flavor and not too sweet. Warm Ricotta dip was a great starter to a great meal (not gluten free but had a spoonful of the dip..delicious!)

Nicely surprised, the sauce was flavorful. The meats fresh and delicious, as was the cheese. The dough was crisp and thin. This was a very nicely done pizza. And the specialty drink were nice and refreshing.
Very welcoming atmosphere, with friendly people.

The food was pretty good. I went because I saw a picture of the mozzarella sticks which made me want some and I was not disappointed one bit. The mozzarella sticks came with 6 and they were pretty big. They were also delicious!! I got a Goodfellow pizza (peppers substituted for mushrooms) and it was also pretty good.

Smaller restaurant in strip center. Visited a couple days ago (Saturday) and overall had a good time/meal. The staff is top notch from the host to server. Ordered the wing appetizer and enjoyed every last one of them. The chef very nicely accommodated our special request. The wings were cooked to perfection. Crispy on outside and moist inside. Excellent start to our meal. Ordered an Anna’s special pizza (pepperoni/sausage) and a mozzarella stick grilled cheese with marinara and fries. The brick oven pizza was just ok. The burned sections on top and underside say “crispy” to me but unfortunately the crust was flimsy. The burn marks affected the taste and not in good way. The sandwich was really good. The sticks were nicely melted into two pieces of toast. The marinara dipping sauce was excellent and made the sandwich. The fries were perfectly cooked. Lastly, ordered the apple cobbler. Very disappointed! Cobbler to me has a nice warm crust with apple mixture. This dish was diced apple mixture piled on a skillet warmed by the brick oven with ice cream. Unfortunately like the pizza various parts of dish were burnt and tasted “off”. We ended up sending the $12 dessert back. Up in the air whether I would return. Gave the rating some thought and decided when service was taken into account a four was warranted.
