Crust & Co. is another place I was sent to by my epicurean friend Holly. It is a new addition to Grandview Public Market replacing Paradise Pizza which has moved to Boynton Beach.
The menu features 11 different pizzas ranging in price from $14 to $18. They also have calzone, wings, cheesy garlic bread, arugula salad and meatball and chicken parm subs. I wanted the meatball sub but they were out of sub bread. Instead I ordered the meat lovers pizza. Fifteen minutes later my pizza came out of the wood fired oven pipping hot and loaded with tomato sauce, parmesan, mozzarella, sausage, pancetta, ham, and oregano. You can tell that all of the ingredients were high quality. The pizza had the perfect charred crust, chewy on the outside and soft on the inside.
There is a table next to Crust & Co. Wood Fired Pizza or there is plenty of other seating both inside Grandview and on their deck. On Wednesday’s Crust and Co. offers two pizzas for $22. Follow them on Instagram to keep up with their latest masterpiece.

I had half and half pizza one half was veggie and other was chicken it was really very well cooked.
The ambience was very maintained and the servers are have good patience understanding.
But the restaurant is little bit open soo you feel too hot that’s the sad part I didn’t like it

Terrible experience I just went and they made my pizza incorrectly, it wasn’t even close to what I ordered after driving all the way down there to pick it up. The boy handing me the pizza still like I’m supposed to take the wrong pizza then he said he’ll remake it. Then his friend hands me a different pizza and told md to keep because he said it was was incorrect I opened it not even near what I ordered but I thought that was a nice gesture since they made it wrong but then they took it back without any verbal exchange, complete confusion horrible customer service. There was an older lady that worked in there that didn’t say one word to rectify the situation alleviate the situation nothing they hand me a pizza that’s not even fully cooked. He’s trying to explain why it looks the way it does absolutely ridiculous. I will not be back.

Loved the pizza here! It was cooked just right and tasted super good—exactly what I was craving. You can tell they know what they’re doing. Definitely coming back, and I’d totally recommend it to anyone who’s into good pizza.

Best pizza in FLORIDA!!!!!! I’m not kidding, the guys have the real deal, Italian flour, great techniques and really tasteful pizzas!! I’m brazilian coming from a Italian family and used to have amazing pizzas where I came from. Till now me and my husband have struggled to find a good pizza place around Florida, TILL NOW! You MUST try their pizza! I hope they expand and open many spots! Rooting for you guys! Surprisingly great!!!

Pizza is a tough food to master… Having recently been to Italy this past summer, I was blown away by how amazing and close to authentic Italian pizza this was. The dough was fluffy in the crust but nice and thin everywhere else. The flavours were spot on and everything was cooked to perfection! I 100% recommend a visit to this establishment!

Located in the Grandview Public market, which is a gem. We ordered two pizzas last week that were to die for. I have been thinking about them every day since! One had burrata cheese with basil & red sauce w a balsamic glaze; the other was also meatless with fresh mozzarella, black olives, etc.
You could enjoy a drink or a beer at the cute bar just steps away while the pizza is in the oven. I can’t wait to go back!
