First of all, I would like to preface that I hardly ever write reviews for anything.
My husband and I moved to Henderson a couple of years ago from Detroit, and ever since, we’ve been a little disappointed in the variety of food options here — especially when it comes to sushi. We really missed having a solid, go-to sushi spot.
A couple of months ago, we finally tried Crust and Roll. I’ll be honest — we were hesitant at first. Sushi in a small Kentucky town? And in a small building outside of town that’s not much to look at? We weren’t sure what to expect.
But let me tell you — we were completely wrong.
This place has better sushi than anywhere we’ve tried in Henderson, Evansville, or Owensboro. The quality is incredible, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The variety on the menu is impressive, too.
We originally went just for sushi, but decided to try the pizza — and it was exceptional. Now when my husband wants pizza and I want sushi, we can both get exactly what we’re craving.
10/10 recommend.

Honestly, first thoughts were no way. Everything is above and beyond delicious. The Tuscan Sun pizza add jalapeño was so good. Crab rangoons , gouzas fried, sushi,Everything was amazing! Best pizza in Henderson! One of my new favorite places to eat. Spread the word this place is 10/10

Pizza is damn good. Wife loved the Monkey King Roll. Service was good, vibe was good. Ramen was a little on the bland side, not bad but needed a little kick. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be going back.

This place may look like a dilapidated pizza joint but their food is incredible! My husband doesn’t like sushi and my daughter and I do. This place is the best of both worlds. Their wood fired pizza was delicious, crust perfection! Sushi was super tasty and fresh. Staff was very attentive and nice. Will definitely go back and we live an hour away.

Generals chicken was just spicy enough, chicken was breaded just enough, and that sauce is amazing. Wasn’t too sweet, the heat had flavor, and more.
Sushi burrito with spicy crab, tuna, cucumber, and soy paper was another excellent choice.

Crust and Roll Pizza & Sushi’s motto is “Serving Pizza & Sushi with Heartful Craft Daily,” and they do exactly that! As first-time patrons, my friend and I had such a delightful experience. I had miso soup and a sushi burrito with crab, salmon, and veggies; and he had the Kentucky Bourbon pizza with a sushi roll on the side. Listeeeeen, everything was GOODT!!! The ingredients tasted so fresh and high-quality, you could taste the love and care the personnel puts into their food. Speaking of personnel, we received beyond excellent service! Our waitress exuded kindness and was super helpful throughout our time there. As the owner spoke with us after our meal, we could feel his passion for good food and community. He truly exhibits so much genuineness and joy and gratitude.
Henderson has a gem in this place! If you are wanting to pick up something really quickly to take back home or to dine in and have an authentically unique, affordable, comforting cuisine experience, give Crust and Roll Pizza & Sushi a try. I guarantee you will NOT regret your decision!

This is the best place to get sushi and ramen the food was so good we couldn’t even believe it, the ramen was flavorful and had a good amount of ingredients and the sushi was well made and flavorful as well. We didn’t get to try the pizza but with what we experienced I would bet it’s amazing, we will definitely be coming back and would highly recommended you try them. For everything we got the price was reasonable (two rolls, hibachi soup, two drinks, and a ramen bowl)

A full & happy belly!! Ordered my bday dinner thru door dash- the OMG roll, Kiss me roll, Cali roll & a slice of Tiramisu cake. Very fresh sushi rolls. Cake was a perfect ending! Will be dining in soon to try the pizzas & other menu items. Don’t pass them up!
