Classic cheese pizza was fantaboulos!! The crust is filled with spices. Staff was welcoming. Cozy environment. Competes with NY pizza 100%. Frozen yogurt by ayelada was delicious and tons of toppings to choose from. We got the hot chocolate flavor which ‘some’ toppings and was more than enough for both of us. DELICIOUS!

So far I’ve had the chicken bacon ranch, neo (cheese and basil), and pepperoni. The pepperoni was a bit greasy from the pepperoni leaking out the grease while cooking. But the chicken bacon ranch and the neo were phenomenal! Wow, the flavor of the tomato sauce was incredible! Chicken bacon ranch also has the perfect balance of savory flavors that would make anyone happy. We will be coming back.

I recently visited Crust Pizza, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience.
The pizza was incredible — perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. You can really taste the quality in every bite. I also appreciated how clean and comfortable the restaurant was; it’s a great spot to relax with friends or family.
As someone who likes supporting local businesses that truly care about their customers, I couldn’t be happier with my visit. I left feeling full, happy, and grateful for good food made by good people. I’ll definitely be coming back soon — highly recommend!

I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, my wife the green, and my mother cheese with pepperoni. All three pizzas were cooked to perfection and incredibly tasty. The crust was neither too thick nor too thin, and the amount of sauce was just right. They also generously topped each pizza with whatever toppings you requested. I highly recommend and will visit again when I’m back in the area.

Best pizza you will ever have! Not your average pizza shop. 100% organic ingredients & toppings. You can tell the toppings are fresh. I live just over the border in Grafton NY, I’ve spent a lot of time in Albany & CRUST tops them all. They also sell locally crafted ice cream, frozen yogurt, & coconut ice cream. The flavors are super unique like lucky charms cereal, banana, apple pie, & so many more. I’ve never seen such an assortment of ice cream.

VEGAN PIZZA!!!! Sorry, awesome vegan pizza gives me the happy screams. Delicious crust, generous high-quality toppings, and great vegan cheese (!) are a rare find in this area and we’re thrilled Crust is here! Plus, the service is super friendly and they’re very allergy conscious so I didn’t have to worry about my son getting a cross-contaminated pizza. Thank you!!

Took a ride to Williamtown to give Crust pizza a shot. I can say the pizza was good, we got sausage, onions and 1/2 mushrooms. It did take about 20 minutes + for our pizza to come out. They had 2 beers on tap BBC and Shire brewery, which are both good. The only thing I didn’t like was the atmosphere, it felt like I was in an over lit cafeteria. The lights were so bright you couldn’t even look up. Metal tables and chairs with nothing on the tables like salt, pepper, grated cheese or condiment caddies. We probably would get another pizza because it was good. Give it a try see what you think. It’s a bit hidden down a side alley off Spring Street. Lots of Williams College students due to its location.
