Great place to grab dinner. They have pizzas and some good pasta and steak entrees. There is an extensive wine selection. I recommend the calamari.

Just visiting town and Crush was recommended to us. Excellent meal and service all around. We started with the olives and pate. My wife is Gluten Free, so they gave us half bread and half cucumber slices. Delicious.
For the main meal, we chose the Halibut special and the seafood pasta dish – both home runs.
We had a house Savignon Blanc and the sour beer (this one is very sour). They have a great wine selection and a number of drafts.
Highly recommended.

Stopped here for dinner and it was about as close to excellent as can be. The wine list was extensive and reasonably priced. Charging $20 for an appetizer of three scallops was quite ridiculous. Yes they were good but for $20 I would expect at least six. The side of Brussels sprouts was well seasoned but a little undercooked for my taste. My daughter ordered crispy crab sushi roll and it was delicious. I had the Frutti di Mare entree which was prepared with squid ink pasta in a cream based sauce instead of a traditional tomato based sauce. It was amazingly good but frutti di mare should always be served with bread.

Not Quite the Crush I Was Hoping For

We had high hopes for Crush Wine Bar in Sandusky, but our experience missed the mark. Despite having a reservation, we were seated at a table blasted by the setting sun—making it tough to enjoy the ambiance. Oddly, OpenTable still showed plenty of available tables, so it felt like poor seating management.

We started with the calamari and asked for a side of marinara—it arrived ice cold, like it had just come out of the fridge. Not ideal. The special of the night was already sold out, so I settled for the Lobster Mac & Cheese. Unfortunately, it was underwhelming—bland, in need of salt and parm to bring it to life.

Our server was kind and attentive, but overall, it wasn’t the kind of evening we were hoping for. For a place marketed as a date night destination, it needs some fine-tuning.

My wife and I stopped here after a long day visiting Cedar Point. It really made our day, with their duck wings being absolutely delicious and their wines and cocktails exceptional. We fully intend to visit again during trips in the future.

Stopped in for a quick creme brulee. 10/10. Beautifully bruled, strawberries & chantilly cream, garnished with fresh mint. First brulee ive had topped with powder sugar but still a win.

Food: amazing
Atmosphere: slightly loud
Drinks: perfect
Price: doable
Attire: classy
Service: friendly
Complaints: no ranch!

Our new favorite spot. Highly recommend. We tried old fashions, scallops, brussel sprouts, sushi and a few pizzas. It was a wonderful place to venture to. We will be back. I have zero complaints other than. I prefer ranch with my pizza and our server would not go to the store to grab us some (kidding) it really was a great place. Please give them a try I think you will enjoy your time there.
