I told my bf I wanted a stranger things Cake for my birthday. He found crumbs and cones knowing how picky I am about decorated cakes because I myself am a decorator. Yvonne absolutely nailed the design and if you’re not familiar with the show (watch it on Netflix. It’s great), there’s a reference to waffles as 11’s favorite food. Yvonne added cookies to the design that tasted like maple! Absolutely genius idea. The cake was delicious, the icing was light and not too sweet like some icing can be. Thank you, Yvonne!

Yvonne and crew at Crumbs $ Cones baked us an incredible strawberry shortcake to celebrate for 16 people including 6 kids from 1-6 years of age. From beginning to end, she was patient and assisted with my request, and while eating, we were all smiles and silence as we enjoyed the custom delight. She went the extra mile and made the process a piece of cake…that joke was so good I had to tell it twice!

I ordered gluten free and non-gluten free items and both were PERFECT. Everyone at our birthday party said it was the best cake they ever tasted. So, not only was it beautiful, but it tasted amazing too! This cake was the highlight of my son’s party. Yvonne was so easy to work with in designing my his cake and it turned out exactly as we discussed it. Yvonne exceeded my expectations. I wanted a custom cake for my 30th birthday and she was able to stick to what I wanted and added her own style as well. The cake tasted fantastic!! I don’t like desserts that are overly sweet and the taste was the right amount of sweetness. I wasn’t expecting the use of actual strawberries for the filling and I absolutely enjoyed it.
