I was looking for a dog friendly place and found this place. I’m so happy they were accommodating. You can get your own soda right away inside. They have amazing brisket plates. I’m usually not a fan of coleslaw but this place did it right! I also got a delicious Coke float! Yum! The portions are big so you can definitely share or take some for leftovers. Overall the service was great and I was very satisfied with the meal.

It’s such a cute restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing! Even the restrooms are decorated so adorably. The meats are pretty yummy good! Unfortunately, the side dishes were not so great. Our server was extremely shy and didn’t say much. He tried his best and gave good customer service. One would just expect more personality in such a wonderful, lively looking establishment. Also, what is up with not refunding if the arcade games take your money? That just isn’t fair!!!!!! Such a rip-off!!!!! I lost a few dollars trying to get the driving game to work and sync up for my kids. It never worked. You all really need to stop ripping people off with those games!!!!!!!

Its one of those places u need to try if your in Williams AZ… The food was good but its the atmosphere you will love it has live music and the weather was perfect. It was expensive but its not something u do everyday.. The service was good our waitress was very helpful and took care of us.. And the milk shakes are the closing item u need to have.. And their big ones will feed 2 ppl.. All and all a experience you need to have when u visit Route 66.

I was passing through and needed to get dinner for myself and my service dog. It was late (after 9 p.m.) but was still open. I got Cruiser’s Classic Burger, and it was perfect! Cooked to perfection! The fries and baked beans were yummy, too. For dessert, I got the Lava Cake, and it was yummiest to end meal.

Excellent location right on Rt 66 in the middle of downtown Williams. With indoor our outdoor seating options it is a great way to take in the sights and sounds of Williams. The food is really good with large portions. Full bar for those adult beverage options. On the weekends there is a good selection of local singers that play on the outside patio. Definitely a recommended stop when in Williams.

We came here for a family dinner and had the best time! We laughed and just had so much fun. This was a great atmosphere to just hang out and talk. The upbeat and fun-loving atmosphere made it easy to just relax. Our service was decent and food was good. The best part was the banana splits at the end!

This place is really cool. And way bigger than it looks. We went for dinner on a Wednesday night. It was busy but we didn’t have to wait for a table. They do have outside dining and provide entertainment nightly – a singer with a great voice. Inside is decorated in classic diner style. The food is reasonably priced. We ordered the appetizer sampler. The marinara sauce was a bit thin but had great flavor. We had a classic burger and the brisket dinner. Both were good. Prices were very reasonable -especially considering the amount of food. One other plus – they have a self service soda bar. Highly recommend this place when you are in Williams.

Excellent exterior, very inviting. Walked in the place has a good look to it. Walked in because the smoker outside smelled good. Ordered the barbecue sandwich with the sausage on the side. Ordered extra sauce to try and give it some flavor, my friend said saw dust would have had some flavor. Had no real smoke flavor to it, and sauce tasted like something out of a can. Had no music going, waite person had no personality, very drab atmosphere.

Dropped by Cruiser’s for lunch initially drawn by the smokey smell of BBQ. However we weren’t too impressed by the quality of the food and left smelling like bbq smoke. Pale Ale wad unique, considering that all these were locally brewed.
