Great pit beef, pit ham, pit turkey. They have a combo of 2 meats, or a monster sandwich called a thrombo, with all three meats. Just really good food for that pit meat sandwich.

If you have never been to a Sparrows Point dive then Cruiser’s is the perfect reason to go. Old school great customer service and fantastic food. Portions are huge. Delicious pit beef, amazing fries with gravy and we got burnt ends that we smothered in moonshine barbeque sauce. We ordered our pit beef medium rare and it came out perfect. Will definitely return.

I am a steady customer. I don’t want to give you a bad review . But I was in there last week and got a pit beef sandwich and it was so dry dust was flying off it. Please fix this problem to regain my business. Sorry to say I have been going to chaps.

This place is a GEM! Best PitBeef Sandwich I’ve ever had! Fair price & it was huge! Nice charred brick flavor and tender pink middle! Wish I had 2 stomachs! Best stop in Sparrows Point!! My son loved the chicken tenders and the Red velvet cake!! Will stop here again!

TLDR: Off the beaten path pit beef shop serving up some of the best in the area. Go for the pit beef and pit turkey.
Vibe: 4/5. Epitome of a hole in the wall. Inside is a no frills dining area consisting of facing the wall bar seating and a few long banquet tables from the 80’s. The smell of charcoal grilled beef fills the entire restaurant, which is a welcome addition in my book. You order at the counter and then pickup a few feet to the left of the cashier. They have a nice sized condiment area, complete with various sauces, horseradish and onions. On the right, you can actually see into their walk in meat cooler, which has a glass side running a quarter the length of the restaurant.
Service: 5/5. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Our order was taken perfectly at the counter and our food was ready in 10-15 minutes. We took our food to go and the food was well packaged and organized nicely in the bag.
Food: Delicious! We ordered a 2 meat combo sandwich (beef/turkey), a bird dog (sausage, turkey, cheese), Cruiser’s burger (LTM, fried onions, bacon and provolone), cream of crab soup and cheese fries. Standouts were the combo sandwich, which was overflowing with meat and moist beyond belief and the cream of crab soup. The soup was of the thicker consistency with generous portions of crab meat throughout every bite. Fries were also exceptional, being freshly hand cut and of the thicker steak fry cut variety. The burger was the only “meh” of the day, as it was slightly overcooked for our liking (we prefer medium/med rare and this was medium well). With our entire order totaling to around $36, we felt Cruiser’s has great value for the money and would definitely recommend!

Oh my jeez! This spot is enchanted bbq heaven. You can observe the cookery happenings driving past. It’s what made me pull a u turn and stop by. The best part about walking in is the rustic charm and the homlieness. It is so Unique you instantly feel the coziness as if you are a repeat customer even if it’s your first time here. They dont slack on portions and the food quality is unreal. This establishment has a special spot in my heart because I love good pit beef and these folks mastered it.
