The service was horrible. There were 3 employees that I saw. All just looked at you and didn’t acknowledge you. I had to ask if they were still open. Once I received service, the female worker said they were only serving chicken tender meals. I asked if I could just get the tender (no fries). She corrected my order. When I wad called to pick up my order, there were fries on my plate. As I went to tell the employee I didn’t order the fries, he stopped me and said, ” I know you took the fries off, but I already cooked them, so it’s whatever”. I went to set down to eat, and the workers that took my order came to my table with a plastic to go container and asked for the fries. I explained to her that I didn’t want them and the employee put them on my plate. I did start to take them off my plate to give them to her. I told her,” they were burning my hands. I don’t understand why you have me burning myself so you can throw the fries away. ” Her reply was, ” I’m not going to throw them away. They are for another customer.” I explained to her, ” You could not give these to another customer. It’s a violation of food and safety handling. Any food past over the counter to a customer must be thrown away. Plus, I’m giving them back to you with my bare hands.” She said , ” she could give them to the customer. You aren’t going to tell anyone, are you?” I said, ” I question if I should even be eating here. I don’t think I want any of this food. If you are going to take the food off plate to give to another customer, what have you given me?” We continued back and forth. After I expressed much concern to her on food handling, she began to act concerned as she cared about me as a person by talking to me about my travels and personal life. I will never go to this place again

Unfortunately this is my home airport. Gas stations have a better kitchen than this. Bar service is abysmal, sat down at the bar and was told to order at the counter. On previous visits I was told I couldn’t order a draft beer because they didn’t have a bartender. Eat before you arrive, do not patronize this business.

If you fly out of this airport this is the only option past security. I just sat there for 5 minutes at bar before anyone even acknowledged I was there (they walked past multiple times) they finally asked if I needed help and I said I wanted to order food and a beer, she stated the menu is right here (pointing to the menu screens) 5 more min past a person walked up to the counter and bought a water. I asked if I am supposed to order at the counter, she said “yes all food orders have to be ordered at the register” I stated o would like a beer, she stated they don’t have a bartender. So ten minutes, I was the only person in there and I got ignored and decided against ordering any food. Just stay away and get something before you get here.

Underwhelming for the only proper food place in MOB, but it works in a pinch.
This isn’t a place to get memorable food, but to grab something warm to eat while you wait for your flight. And on that it does a great job. The food is okay, but service is pretty good and prompt, and prices are very reasonable, especially for airport meals.

$11 for less than half of a beer…. I’m used to overpaying at the airport, but this is ridiculous. Also, the food prices have gone through the roof! A breakfast combo now starts at $15, and the lunch/dinner menu starts at $17!! The prices in the huge international airports are better than this. I’m sorry to say that I’ll now be skipping this place on my regular flights out of Mobile.

I saw that this place had a few bad reviews and was skeptical about it, but I realized I had to eat before my flight and it’s the only place in the airport. The food was surprisingly good, I got the chicken sandwich and fries the sandwich was chicken fingers not a chicken breast or patty but it was still really good. The service was fine the two ladies were funny and nice and my food came out quick. People might be quick to put low stars due to their stressful traveling day.

It was not busy at all but they were severely understaffed. All tables were dirty, no ketchup on any table, tenders and fries tasted like propane. I threw more than half of it away. They were also out of coleslaw and abruptly had to shut down the friers because they were smoking so badly. Not ideal and really disappointed.
