Crudo Nudo has always been amazing. Our group was able to squeeze in right after they re-opened. The space is beautiful, the service was great, we love the new bar. The food and cocktails, as always, are an absolute treat. We had both the salmon and tuna crudo, patatas bravas, carrots and harissa yogurt, and manchego and honey. All of it was exceptional. If you’re thinking of going – just go! You won’t be disappointed.

It was so cool to step back into Crudo after the fire. I was here the night before it happened. They’ve done an amazing job rebuilding and building a new crew. The new vibe is so warm and welcoming. Crudo has been my favorite place in Ghent for years and hopefully many more. The service we had last night was fantastic. So happy to be back and taste the manchego and honey again in one of my favorite places.

This review is late in coming (been busy and haven’t get caught up) but nonetheless hopefully informative. Crudo Nudo is definitely highly recommended when you’re looking for great tasting tapas style food for your sophisticated taste. Understated from the outside, you are greeted by friendly staff with ambiance that is cozy and romantic but yet airy for gatherings. Food is reasonably priced and well-seasoned.

Sat at the bar for an early dinner, but would definitely recommend a reservation for most evenings. We had an Americano and some wine, both of which were delicious. Starting with the scallop ceviche, calamari, and shrimp bucatini – everything was fresh and incredibly flavorful. The beef cheek was tender and equally tasty. I’d also highly recommend the avocado cheesecake to finish the meal off!

Had a 4:30p reservation on a Saturday, sat in a booth, the table was set nicely, love cloth napkins, really fancied their tableware. Our server Brandice was a delight, very hospitable, knowledgeable and great at her job – we never ran out of water! We started with manchego&honey – highly recommend it! then split fritatas brava – the aioli is out of this world. ordered their zucchini and black rice! DELICIOUS! Very happy with their wine& beer selection. overall, great spot, can’t wait to go back!
