Good food. Poke bowl and tuna burger were good. Burger bun was boring. The greens overpowered the pomegranate seeds and pistachios in the salad. Outdoor dining was pleasant on a nice day. Portions were ozempic small.

Stopped in for lunch and had an awesome meal at the bar! To start, Grant was great at explaining the menu and recommending a few things. The lobster roll was wonderful, stuffed with plenty of fresh buttery lobster. The kitchen split it for us so my picture is half of a portion.
All the sushi was really innovative and interesting as well! The sushi chef has great talent at making sushi, each roll came out perfectly formed, and the flavor combinations were all fantastic. The Sunny Roll and the Hokkaido scallop rolls were particularly delicious.
Definitely want to come try more!

So this was my first trip to Bluffton. While searching for restaurants in the area, I can across Crudo. The menu is definitely up my alley and I love enjoying small plates so as to get to try all of the flavors. We arrive at 8:15 not realizing that the kitchen closed at nine so we got to work ordering all of the things. First, we really enjoyed their cocktail menu…the Jane’s Addiction was a huge hit with my group. Light, refreshing and delicious. Next we moved on to oysters, octopus and foie gras. All delicious. We continued to graze through their crudo menu enjoying the snapper aquachile, tuna (big eye) crudo and scallop ceviche and then switched over to the duck bao buns. Let me tell you, everything on the list was fresh and delicious. The final choice was the morel pasta special that we all shared and it was simply the icing on the cake. Our dessert ended up being one more order of foie gras. Needless to say, we had a great experience, the food was phenomenal and the service (our bartender was Stephanie) was friendly and super attentive. We probably ended up over staying our welcome, but the staff was patient and gracious as we devoured the last bites of our dinner. If you’re not an adventurous eater, the probably isn’t the place for you. BUT, if you enjoy raw fish with loads of flavor, oysters (their mignonette was spot on), octopus with a Mediterranean flare (including bit of chorizo) and duck with an Asian flare, you should give this place a whirl. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Decided to try out this restaurant on one of the busiest days of the year- Valentine’s Day. We had a reservation, which made everything perfect and easy. We were promptly sat with our reservation, had a very friendly and polite server, and the environment was very welcoming and enjoyable. We tried a variety of food selections: local oysters, sushi nachos, pork belly kimbop, and lobster rolls. We were extremely happy with all of them! Highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back.

10/10! We have dined at Crudo numerous times and it continues to exceed our expectations. It has become our favorite place in Old Town Bluffton. We love sitting at the bar for a “cocktails and tapas-style” evening. We recently enjoyed a pre fixe, 6-course menu at a cozy table and it was incredible. The service is always top notch and we have been there plenty of times – the quality never wavers. You won’t be disappointed – go enjoy!

We stopped here for lunch on our drive down to Hilton Head. It is a higher end restaurant that I would typically eat up for dinner… but went on a vacation! Kudo was very good. The lobster roll was very goid. The lobster was poached in butter and cooked very well. If you aren’t a fan of the Connecticut style roll this would not be for you. I love lobster any way you bring it to me, so I loved it. We also had the tuna nachos. There was a little seaweed salad surprise under each chip that complimented it well. We need lunch with their homemade butter pecan ice cream. I don’t even like butter pecan ice cream, but I loved theirs. It was topped with candied pecans.
The only thing I didn’t like were the baos. The bun was dense and crumbly. It should be super light, pillowy and airy. The bao filling was good. The pork belly was cooked well. I would have liked a thicker piece of pork belly so it was closer to what I would typically get at a Japanese restaurant.
The one thing I would add was I didn’t expect this restaurant to be open for lunch. It was empty when we ate. Typically restaurants like this are open for dinner only. It’s quite the investment for lunch, but very good if you don’t mind the cost.
Lastly, the cocktails were very good and original. I love a good craft cocktail and they delivered. I believe I tried two on the menu.
I would definitely go back.

Food, service, and ambiance was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and fresh. The cocktails are handcrafted to perfection. The Cajun Rabbit was served piping hot and the Poke Bowl special was well balanced and delicious. It has a big city aesthetic with a southern heart. Looking forward to our next visit to see what the chef chooses to serve up!
