Love this place! Wish it was around when I was growing up. I remember we had Your Pizza there in the Plaza, which was similar, but this place.is better. I live in NC now, but every time.i come back home I come here for their delicious food. I really enjoy all the food on their buffet, specially their desert pizza. I used to love this place but the food is definitely not worth the money anymore . My kids had some of the chicken strips in this pic but these thin 8 piece “chicken strips” are $7.99.. it took them a hour to get my order here and I’m just not satisfied for spending 40$. I’m sick and ordered out.. plus the delivery driver didn’t seem to happy with the tip I gave her either… honestly if I have to wait a hour for a small order you should be grateful for anything at all…

Crowtown has always been a family favorite of ours. Tonight was a big event for our daughter and after the awards ceremony we went to celebrate at crowtown. The second we walked in you could tell the staff was irritated by us being there. Their hours say they are open until 9pm. We walked in at 7:56pm. As soon as we entered the door the girl was giving attitude about where we can sit then said sorry the buffet is closed we can’t make anymore food but you can help yourself to whatever is out there. We told her that was fine. There was plenty left on the buffet for us. As soon as we walked over to get our plates 3 male workers from the back come out and rudely said that we needed to hurry up and get what we wanted because they needed to clean up. Was maybe five minutes after 8pm. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Trying to rush us and we hadn’t even started. After many times of them telling us to hurry up we walked out. If they want people out of the restaurant by 8pm so they can clean then they need to change their hours. We won’t be going back if that’s the way they treat their customers. What a shame.

Truck driver stuck here at Kraft until tomorrow. Order a 14″ large meat lovers for delivery here. No issue about that…. The driver was allowed in behind the guardshack area where I was parked. It arrived in about 23 minutes, was hot, and in excellent condition. Fair price. EVERY ingredient tasted top notch! Seriously! It was cooked PERFECTLY…top & bottom. I even called the owner and sent compliments to all involved in producing & delivering my pizza today. I would definitely order again if I’m in the area.

Have eaten here in the past the pizza is OK. I recently called in to see if the pizza buffet was still available due to the holiday weekend and whoever answered the phone was very rude. When I stated the reason for my call they just replied “yup”. Then I very politely said thank you very much they replied again “yup”. Don’t make excuses for anyone this is terrible customer service I’ll choose to eat elsewhere from now on. Sorry crowtown but you won’t get my hard earned dollars without some common customer appreciation.
